  • Nice summer rental

"I rented this condominium for a week during summer 2016 and we had a great time!! Everything that is advertised on the ad is there and all we had to do is walk outside the balcony to access the beach (150 yards) which is very nice and I could say is almost private. Your family will have a great time on the beach, specially if you have young kids. My son wants to come back next year as he had so much fun. The pier is a walk again and there kids and parents can fish. Needless to say the condominium is in great condition and it was very clean. This building is one of the nicest and elegant building in the shore. In addition, the shore has tons of restaurants and Daytona offers many things tor all ages. While we stayed there we also drove an hour away to Orlandos's universal studios theme parks. Lastly, the property manager was super nice and friendly. I recommend this property and I am even thinking to go back in a couple of years."

  • Great view and great vacation condo!

"Having stayed at the Ponce De Leon since the late 80's (young college student) with my family and cousins, I knew the area like the back of my hand. This 8th floor view and cleanliness of the unit did not disappoint us for our twin 8 year old girls first trip to Florida. Perfect layout for families and the kid's room was decorated appropriately. Owner was great to work with, having emailed back and forth answering all my questions about the unit. When the toaster died during our visit, they had one shipped overnight! Pool is great for all ages and abilities; swim or soak it's up to you. We had lunch frequently around the pool using the tables and umbrellas. Shuffleboard courts are always fun while waiting the required (Mom and Dad's rule) hour after eating before getting back in the pool! And for a break from the sun, there is a pool table and ping pong table. The location is perfect, close enough to a grocery store (7 minutes maybe), restaurants within walking distance, Downtown New Smyrna Beach and all it's shops and restaurants a short drive (by road or by beach!). Great views from the balcony looking down on the beach and ocean. Drive for a little over an hour and you are at the Magic Kingdom or many of the other Orlando based attractions. Thanks for helping me to remember lots a great memories, all while creating new ones with my wife and daughters. My girls already have me finding out when their school break week is so they can return."

  • Great unit; amazing resort

"We visited last week and were sad to leave. Our group included my husband and myself, and our 11 year old son with his best friend (also 11). It is now my son's favorite vacation spot (which is saying a lot, because we've been a lot of places!). We assumed the unit would have extra blankets for the couch sofa, but didn't find any so we had to run out and purchase some, so bring those with you for your couch guests. We stayed in the Nicole unit, which was just a few minutes walk to the pool (which was awesome) and the beach. We will definitely visit again (especially if our son has anything to say about it)."
