  • Comfortable stay

"We were a small golf group looking for a central place to stay as every day was booked solid with golf. There were pro's and con's with this property, first as known Spring Hill is not a vacation spot but the house was in a very central location within easy access to anything one could want. It was in one of the better areas of Spring Hill and a quiet neighborhood. The house had anything one could want as far as utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. lacking nothing. It also had plenty of linens comfortable beds, and ample seating. On the con side it appeared that the front door was recently broken into and I had to make a temporary fix to even close it with the door knob, a bit of an uneasy feeling upon arrival. The house is alarmed and the front door had a deadbolt to secure it. The other con was the pool, the water was not clear and you could not see the bottom which made everyone feel uneasy about using it. The pump ran continually and something was not right with the whole set up. We were not needing to use the pool as it was a bit chilly during our stay but it would need to be corrected to use without fear of funny water. Overall the stay was fine and with a small bit of attention it would be fine for anyone wanting that central home base for a visit to Florida."

  • Ffantastic

"The place was warm and inviting. The view from the top deck words cannot express. It was the best vacation in Florida to date. I just fall in love with Pine Island over and over again. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

  • Cousins visit!

"My wife and I were coming to Florida to visit several cousins who live in this area? Rather than stay at a hotel, we wanted to rent a house close by. This turned out to be the right decision! The house we picked was close to all and very nice. We found it to be very nicely decorated and very clean. Anything we would have needed was supplied. Although we didn't take advantage of the items on hand because of visiting relatives. I was impressed with the bikes, kayak, beach equipment , etc... The kitchen was well equipped and a gas grill is provided. We will definetly be back for more visits, as we felt very at home here. Thank you Tracy for being so helpful!"

  • Comfortable, Clean, Calming

"An absolutely beautiful view of sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and a wonderful "Good Morning" scene with the sun rise. An easy 1/2 mile walk to the end of the island is good exercise. The private beach is an awesome place for quiet contemplation, reading a book, enjoying the dolphins paying in the cove, or picking seashells. The deck is a great place to gather for a late afternoon drink while watching the sunset. There are several fine restaurants within 10 miles with Italian, Japanese, Latin or American cuisines. And best of all a local family owned seafood market for the very freshest and best of Florida gulf seafood."
