  • Nice condo on Glendale ave

"The condo we stayed in was A4 and beautiful. I would highly recommend it. Everything was close by and we loved the balcony. It was decorated very nice and cozy. The only down side and reason for 4 stars not 5 was that I love walking into a new place and taking it all in as my new temporary home. At the correct check in time of 4 pm a car was in our parking spot causing an immediate issue of where to park and get all our bags out. We opened the door with the code and someone was in our unit. Very very awkward. It was the cleaning staff still working. I wish someone had called us to tell us they were behind. It wasn't the best way to start our week when we were tired and I was with someone that said hotels were the better option because they are dependable."

"We stayed in Cheryl's condo (my mother, husband, and 3 year old son) the first week of May, while visiting my aunt who lives in St. Pete. We loved the ground floor location, and the complex's pool (1 of 2 on premises) literally 20 paces out the back door. My son loved the playground at ROC park (1 min. walk), and watching young people play baseball at ROC's 3 baseball fields in the evening. Winn Dixie, dollar store, CVS, Madeira public library, within 5 min. walk. Madeira Beach at Archibald Park under 10 min. walk, just across Gulf Blvd. Essentially, my 3-year old could walk everywhere with us, no problems. Beach cart & piles of beach towels provided. Beach & pool toys included umbrellas, chairs, coolers of various sizes, sand toys, pool noodles, floaties, and now 2 body boards :) Condo was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Kitchen & pantry had all pots/pans, coffee maker(s), toaster, spices, paper goods, etc., etc. Gas grill out back. 3 large walk-in closets, screened lanai with back entrance, keyless entry at front door, gated community. My mother loved the security & convenience. Busch Gardens just under an hour's drive, St. Pete 15-20 min, Clearwater area to St. Pete Beach within your reach. John's Pass less than 2 miles south. I cannot say enough great things about this place, we will definitely be staying here on our next trip! What a gem, thank you Cheryl!"

  • A great place to enjoy your stay in Florida

"Everything about this condo was great. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished inside and out. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Watch the sunrise over the waterway every morning from the deck while you have your coffee. Everything clean and well maintained. Everything here exceeded my expectations and was even better than described ! Restaurants and markets within walking distance, and walks on the causeway are just around the corner. I will be recommending this to family and friends as well as coming back ! The owner was prompt, efficient, organized and a pleasure to deal with."
