  • Outstanding Facility and Location.

"We chose the Pink Palace for our 50th Anniversary celebration because there were not many condo's that could handle our entire family. We loved the idea that it had its own pool, as well as being steps from the ocean. We enjoyed an outstanding week. The condo facilities were ideal for our family, large enough to gather together to enjoy meals and watch movies, yet room also for families to get away privately if they desired. We traveled to Universal in Orlando one day, and locally enjoyed the Clearwater Marine Aquarium that houses Winter and Hope. Was fun to watch the movie after our visit. We also enjoyed an evening at Pier 60. The rest of our time was spent at the pool and ocean. The sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. We had the opportunity to meet Joe and Victoria one afternoon. From the first time we spoke back in January to the day we checked in, and then their visit, they were nothing but helpful. Our experience was outstanding and would highly recommend THE PINK PALACE to others. Our Condo neighbors even came over to ask how they could check it for their next vacation. We gave them your card, Joe. :) Great time with our family. Local restaurants we ate at were Skyline Chili, Bob Evans, and Joe's Crab Shack. All were superb."

  • 45 days in Paradise

"from 28 May to 7 July 2016. The apartment is large and well stocked, the TV is very large and equipped with netflix. Ideal for a long, relaxing vacation with a rare and unique views of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in my life. Dine on the balcony and feel the sea breeze, relax before going to bed with the sound of the sea, the walks in the morning on the beach, perhaps the most beautiful in the area, where you can meet quite often dolphins and manatees. And if the sea is rough then you can dive in the pool. In a word: fantastic. Then the owner Phil is very helpful and attentive with any issues being proposed to him.

  • Lots of fun

"This was our 1st trip to the Gulf. We came with friends who were in a Aldea unit just down from us. Unit was clean and full of everything we needed. Weather was awesome! We did encounter a large family group over the 4th of July, but they left by Monday. Beach is very quiet and sunsets are absolutely beautiful."

  • February 2016

"We really enjoyed our month in Belleair Beach. The condo was clean and spacious, beds very comfortable, and my dog loved lounging on the decks enjoying the sea breezes. We enjoyed eating at many local places, The Bait House, Conch Republic, Keegans, Guppy's, and Crabby Bill's to name a few. Pool was delightful for an afternoon dip, and walking on the beach and the beutiful sunsets were so relaxing. Ellen, Thanks for being so easy to deal with!"
