  • A Quaint House Among the Giant Oaks

"I needed a place to stay for over 6 months, and it was more difficult than I expected to find a place until I found TJ's home. He was extremely welcoming and accommodating to me and my 4-legged baby, my German Shepherd, Tina. The house was the perfect size. If you're looking for a place to lay your head while you go out and explore all the greater Tampa area has to offer, this place is perfect for you. Use the location as a "base camp" and enjoy the wonderful beaches. A pet friendly beach I frequented was Ft. DeSoto Beach. The neighborhood of Old Seminole Heights is timeless. The neighborhood itself is full of friendly neighbors, beautiful oak trees, the Hillsborough River, and a true sense of relaxation. I used the house as my home for six months, and because it was only me, I didn't have to fight with anyone for the one bathroom. However, that doesn't mean it won't work for you and your party of 4 (or more)! Tina enjoyed the newly installed doggy-door so she could go outside to sunbathe in the fenced backyard or chase off unsuspecting squirrels. The majority of my time I cooked on the wonderful gas stove. The house is also perfect for entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed the local watering holes: Ella's and The Rooster and the Till were my favorite. I am truly grateful I rented from TJ. Whenever I had a minor issue, he was very responsive and would fix whatever needed to be fixed. The small garage was a great place to store my motorcycle, and he was willing to put a lock on it. I highly recommend this quaint bungalow in historic Tampa for your visit to the area!"

  • Cresent Beach Club Condo

"The property was right on a very attractive portion of the beach. If you got up around 7 a.m. you could see the dolphins feeding each morning. Condo is split plan and good for privacy, large kitchen and overall very comfortable. There is a large private patio which came in very handy on warmer days and evenings. I enjoy the benefits of the work out area in the condo. Overall I would give an excellent rating to the condo and suggest people wanting to rent on Sand Key to rent this property."

  • What a great place!

"We stayed in Scott's condo for for 2,5 weeks. We stayed there with our 2 young kids and we had more than enough space for all of us. Everything was in the condo what we needed for that period. Close to almost everything and a nice pool. A lot to do with/for kids. Beaches, play grounds, splash parks. All close by. For the golfers. A lot of courses within 30 minutes drive. A great place to stay. We hope to come back! Thanks for staying in your condo Scott!"

  • Awesome condo and great location

"We loved our stay. The condo was roomy and the mornings watching the ocean were great. We even saw Dolphins from the balcony. Thank you so much for a great place to stay."
