  • Very nice with everything needed

"Out family of 4 (two teenagers) loved this house. Having a boat to go out to Anclote Key made the vacation extra changed the whole vacation. The house has everything you will need to have a nice vacation and is very clean. The pool is nice and cleaned weekly. The property manager is very helpful. Without his guidance in where to go in the boat, we may have had difficulties in where to go, fish, etc. The home in centrally located. We drove to the FL aquarium, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon State Park Beach (our fav) and lots of wonderful restaurants."

  • January - 2016 Stay at" Do it All or Nothing at All"

"My wife and I checked in on 1/3 and stayed to 1/31. We had a great time and tried to "do it all"...we only took 2 days off to just relax around the condo and do laundry. The condo is very comfy and has great pots and pans for cooking (which we like to do). We played golf 5 times, visited 3 museums, saw 2 live plays, went to 3 Florida Orchestra performances, used the Palm Harbor YMCA often, and walked all of the surrounding old downtowns, including YBOR City, Tampa river walk, and St. Pete, and walked the ocean beaches. We also visited Tampa Bay Downs and made a little money betting the horses. It was a great vacation!"

  • Ideal location with great amenities.

"A quaint condo for the real beach lover out there and perfect romantic get-a-way or individual place to relax. If a broken tile or two on the balcony concerns you, perhaps you need more than 'beach therapy'. Easily one of the best, most secluded spots on the beach. Everything you'll ever need is easily accessible, including beautiful, relaxing sunsets and a 10-minute walks from all the prime spots on Treasure Island. We enjoyed fun, live music at Sea Hags Bar and Grill, local craft beer at Mastry's Brewing Co. and several trips to the popular John's Pass. There's a Publix within walking distance and your kitchen is very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The owner Diane is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!"
