  • Ideal Location

"Sue was extremely easy to work with and response time was very quick. Clearwater Beach is very "spring breaky", while Sand Key is 2 miles south across the bridge and very relaxing. This put us close enough to ride our bikes around Clearwater if we wanted to, but we didn't have to deal with all the crowds all the time. The pool/grill area was great and very well kept, and the PRIVATE beach was exceptional. Every unit in the building faces the ocean, so the views are spectacular. The property is gated with security guards on duty 24/7, and they even walk the ground. I felt so comfortable I would just leave our mountain bikes in the bed of my truck not even locked up. There is a convenience store and deli directly across the street, which we didn't think would matter a ton, but it turned out to be EXTREMELY CONVENIENT! I forgot a few things and throughout the week needed some other things and I just walked across the street. Did I mention the private beach you can just walk out to?? Most places in Clearwater have "close beach access" where you are within walking distance to a public beach, but you may have to walk a block or 2 or go across streets or deal with RIDICULOUS crowds. Here you can walk out of the building and be on the beach within a minute! May take you a couple minutes to walk all the way to the water because the beach is huge. Its great not having to deal with parking, and then lugging all your beach stuff down, etc etc. Just stumble down there and if you forget something or need to use the restroom, you can just go right back up to your room. Courtesy shower on the wooden walkway leading down there as well as the pool area if you wanna lounge at the pool after the beach. Pool and hot tub are lighted, so it made for a great night time lounging at the pool. We didn't go to any other beaches the entire time we were there. Saw tons of dolphins, and even a manatee came right up to the beach. Grills were great, as we grilled some fresh fish that we caught after a great day of fishing, and everything I needed to cook my own fish I got at the convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Clearwater Beach Hideaway

"The house was peaceful, calm, clean and cozy. It was in the perfect location. Easy to access the beach an all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Great for couples to just get away. The bikes were handy as well. Teri and Steve were very nice a welcoming. This house is in a beautiful residential location that within itself was a treat in itself."

  • Relaxation!

"My family and I stayed for 4 nights in May. The accommodations were top notch! The condo was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. We enjoyed the balcony doors open to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves. Coming from Chicago, this was heavenly. Having stayed previously at the Sandpearl, we were excited to get the same quality room for less by going through Bonnie and Terry. Resort fees were included which was a big plus! Resort food was a bit pricey, however there are many great local restaurants within walking distance and the full kitchen leaves you the opportunity to prepare your own meals. You do not receive the maid service daily but we did not miss it due to the washer and drier in the unit. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future!"

  • Paradise on Sand Key

"We stayed here this month and absolutely loved it, enough to want to return! Every review is bang on- the views are spectacular, the condo is well equipped, and the master bedroom is especially awesome with the balcony, en suite, comfy king sized bed, and tons of space. The laundry across the hall was never too busy and it was reasonable. We did have a rental car which we preferred as we like to get out every day to do something. Treasure Island and John's Pass was a scenic 30 min drive down the coast. Sand Key and the location of this condo is one of the nicest in the area. If you want class, less crowds, and unspoiled scenery, this is the place! Nathalie is a delight to deal with."
