  • Ideal Location

"Sue was extremely easy to work with and response time was very quick. Clearwater Beach is very "spring breaky", while Sand Key is 2 miles south across the bridge and very relaxing. This put us close enough to ride our bikes around Clearwater if we wanted to, but we didn't have to deal with all the crowds all the time. The pool/grill area was great and very well kept, and the PRIVATE beach was exceptional. Every unit in the building faces the ocean, so the views are spectacular. The property is gated with security guards on duty 24/7, and they even walk the ground. I felt so comfortable I would just leave our mountain bikes in the bed of my truck not even locked up. There is a convenience store and deli directly across the street, which we didn't think would matter a ton, but it turned out to be EXTREMELY CONVENIENT! I forgot a few things and throughout the week needed some other things and I just walked across the street. Did I mention the private beach you can just walk out to?? Most places in Clearwater have "close beach access" where you are within walking distance to a public beach, but you may have to walk a block or 2 or go across streets or deal with RIDICULOUS crowds. Here you can walk out of the building and be on the beach within a minute! May take you a couple minutes to walk all the way to the water because the beach is huge. Its great not having to deal with parking, and then lugging all your beach stuff down, etc etc. Just stumble down there and if you forget something or need to use the restroom, you can just go right back up to your room. Courtesy shower on the wooden walkway leading down there as well as the pool area if you wanna lounge at the pool after the beach. Pool and hot tub are lighted, so it made for a great night time lounging at the pool. We didn't go to any other beaches the entire time we were there. Saw tons of dolphins, and even a manatee came right up to the beach. Grills were great, as we grilled some fresh fish that we caught after a great day of fishing, and everything I needed to cook my own fish I got at the convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Wonderful vacation home! Has all of the amenities needed!

"We have been staying in various units within Bay Harbor for the past 4 years and 504 is by far the most comfortable stay yet! We cooked nightly for our large group and this unit had everything necessary to accommodate for our large family. The sofa in the living room is large enough for a group and all I can say is I LOVE THIS SOFA!! Comfy enough to sleep on!! Wifi is free and access was easy. We were able to carry on with our private business long distance and our daughter was able to continue with her online college course. The linens were of superb quality. There were 2 coolers I believe (we brought our own) so that is a nice bonus. We kept drinks cold in our cooler so as not to use the fridge space. There is a gas station right across the street which we bought ice for our coolers regularly. We watched the sunsets across the street nightly at both The Quality Inn beach bar (Tropic . 32 oz rum runners are the best!) And at The Holiday Inn bar. They had live music nightly which was nice (I was there in August). I highly recommend this unit. You won't regret it!"

  • Family getaway

"I have relatives surrounding Clearwater and I visit annually. This time I wanted to bring my daughter and her two children, an 8 year old and a 5 month old. I was lucky to find the Lilies to accommodate all our needs. From the minute we arrived, I could see that this property was special. First off, my grandson jumped right in the pool. There was every kind of pool toy imaginable, even a shaded floater for the baby to kick around in. This June was extraordinarily hot in Florida so we hung around the house choosing from the endless supply of games, the library with a diverse selection of books, or videos. After dinners when the heat became more tolerable, we would take the paddle boards to the beach which is a short walk from the house. My daughter and her son had a wonderful time in the ocean while I let the waves wash up onto baby's toes. The beach is lovely and much more preferable to Clearwater Beach which is like a carnival each evening. We did partake in Pier 60's activities several evenings as well as the nearby Marina. We also took the kids on Captain Memo's Pirate Ship adventure. For those with younger kids, the pirate cruise offers an exciting, fun-filled hour and half cruise. Very interactive. The pool was tended to twice weekly, and my grandson even ran outside when we'd hear the ice cream truck. I gave to commend the property owners: this house was so well supplied with anything we could possibly need: first aid supplies, personal needs, every kitchen staple, utensils, beach towels, lotions, even a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. We had a few glitches that were taken care of immediately. While vacuuming, the machine shorted and sparked snd I was afraid to use it. I texted the woman whose name we'd been left and she was at the house first thing in the morning with another vacuum for us. Also, we forgot to take garage opener out of rental car and i received a text from same helpful woman asking if I knew where opener was. Yikes! But not a big deal. Wd mailed it off from the Tampa airport and we were notified the next day when it arrived. The landscaping surrounding this property is mature and lush! I would float in the pool relaxing and taking in the lush surroundings, very private and quiet. This was the perfect vacation spot . We had to go in June because of schedules but I would certainly try my best to go during more moderate weather. Three weeks wasn't enough for me. I could have stayed much longer."

  • Very nice beach condo

"We booked this condo about a month before our trip. It was clean, with a great location. The exterior could use some paint and there is some general maintenance inside that should be done; sliding door to the patio and showers updated. It was very comfortable and everything was in working order. The location was great, we walked everywhere and the beachfront view was incredible. We would return and stay here again."
