  • Cresent Beach Club Condo

"The property was right on a very attractive portion of the beach. If you got up around 7 a.m. you could see the dolphins feeding each morning. Condo is split plan and good for privacy, large kitchen and overall very comfortable. There is a large private patio which came in very handy on warmer days and evenings. I enjoy the benefits of the work out area in the condo. Overall I would give an excellent rating to the condo and suggest people wanting to rent on Sand Key to rent this property."

  • Amazing Townhouse

"What a find! This immaculate townhouse is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the main beach. Extremely spacious, with terrific views, very new. We enjoyed watching the egrets, herons, ospreys, and dolphins from the balcony. Despite being there during spring break, the street was peaceful and quiet at night. We walked to everything...shops, the beach, restaurants, with no problem. Everything we needed for a great vacation was included in the townhouse; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all the kitchen necessities, beach towels, etc. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Kathy was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this rental for anyone heading to Clearwater Beach."

  • Perfect Clearwater Beach Gem

"We had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend in this lovely suite. Because it's located in the hotel, you get the great balance of really great service with room to spread out and not being disturbed. Our family of four (children 7 and 11) found this suite to be perfectly suited to us. We parked the car Friday when we got there and didn't get in the car again until Monday when we left. There are so many restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. Our first day, we walked to breakfast at the Beach Shanty which has amazing food -- my son raved about their homemade coconut syrup! We walked to the marina and rented jetskis and toured around the beach and around toward Honeymoon Island. We ate lunch at the Bait House and walked back. We watched a wedding from our balcony and took in the beautiful sunset. Sunday, we spent nearly the whole day at the pool, which has some great food and beverages (highly recommend the mai tai!). There were a bunch of activities for the kids, including ping pong, slip and slide, and hoola hopping contests. They had ice cream, popsicles, etc. at the activities desk for the kids and it's all included in your stay! It was a holiday weekend, so getting chairs at the pool was a little of a challenge, but we managed to get some together and everyone staying at the resort was just so friendly and the service as well!! Lucky for us, the suite has beach stuff, so we grabbed the chairs and a boogie board and headed to the beach in the late afternoon on Sunday so the kids could jump waves and pick some shells. There's also buckets and things in there if you were to spend a more significant time at the beach. It's a quick walk downstairs. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas, but they are a little far from the water in my opinion. It's better just to use what Sandra has in the room and pick your own spot! Dinner was at Clear Sky Beachside cafe. Holy moly it was delicious. Our children slept on the pull out couch and we took the bedroom. Everything was sooooo comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need to cook and enjoy the day. We just made pancakes one day. The only thing it doesn't have is coffee -- there are coffee makers. We just didn't bring coffee (how could we forget!!?). So, if that's important, either bring it, or you can grab coffee in the lobby at the Starbucks. Or walk to Dunkin Donuts which isn't that far either. We will definitely be back!!"

  • Great Place in Clearwater

"We had a great vacation and this place helped make it that way. Check-in was easy with a front door code and the place was super clean and comfy for all 4 of us. Lots of towels, even a couple beach towels. We liked cooking our own meals and having all kinds of pots, pans, plates and bowls to make it happen. Even enjoyed eating outside on a table in the breezeway just as the sun was going down. We all loved the location and how easy it was to walk and find a place to eat or get to the beach, a few times a day! We need to get back SOON!!!!"
