  • Beautiful Condo!! Such a fun week!

"This condo is beautiful in pictures and even more so in person! The minute we walked in the front door and saw the spacious balcony and bay view, we knew it was going to be a great week! This condo is clean and open and had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs. We saw dolphins from the balcony and one afternoon they were up close which was an amazing thing to see. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and The Pier. Since no one was arriving on the day we left, Andrea let us check out later in the day giving us a little extra beach time! We had no issues and were thrilled with our stay and hope to return next year! Would definitely recommend this condo!"

"So loved our time at Simona's beach condo. A fun fantastic time. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, very well furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms to beach chairs and piles of beach towels. Fantastic location just south of Clearwater Beach on Sand Key away from the crowds. We walked across the street to Maggie Mae's a couple of times for breakfast and well as Dunkin Donuts for great coffee and goodies. Every day the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular as were the stars at night. Several nights we spent time on the beach reading the night sky. Fun. The condo is minutes from Clearwater Marine Aquarium home of Winter, the star of the movie, Dolphin Tale. (Publix grocery store is right behind the aquarium...which I visited several times.) Our granddaughter stayed with us while she attended day camp at the aquarium...totally involved with her love of Winter....but soon found herself in love with the condo, the pool and the beach. I loved the place so much myself that I really didn't want to go...and wasn't careful when packing to leave. Once home I realized that I left several things behind.......which were found and Simona sent to me. Wonderful. Hope we have the opportunity to return!"

  • Beautiful beach house getaway

"We rented this house for a week in mid September. It is right on the beach and has spectacular views. The sunsets were amazing! The house has everything you need to enjoy time on the beach. They have great Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, water toys, beach towels etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about every kitchen item you might need. The house is located with easy access to the downtown area but is far enough away to be quiet. The only thing we had a problem with was the "no see um's" bugs. We had to go buy bug spray because those little things will bite you up before you know it. We highly recommend this property!"

  • Delightful studio, very short walk to beach and sights

"My husband and I (and our dog) stayed in this studio for a week and really enjoyed it. We looked at many vacation rentals and hotels in the area, and this was under the cost for the location--hotels tended to be around $180 a night, and didn't have full kitchens. Other vacation rentals were a bit more expensive, but some of them could sleep more people, but for just two people (or perhaps a couple and a child) this was more than enough for our needs. It was also great to be able to have dog, especially given that the beach is dog friendly beginning 1 block north of the unit. Unit: The vaulted ceilings in the studio make it seem much larger than the square footage. The photos are representative. The bed and couch were comfortable. The outdoor deck and table (with umbrella) was nice for eating on the deck. There is a small view of the ocean from the deck, but it is not an "ocean view" deck. We enjoyed being able to see the bustle of people on the street from the deck without being a part of it. Amenities: We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and utensils for all of our cooking needs. The Wifi was really easy to access, which is unusual for vacation rentals. There it was quick and easy to connect. We brought an Apple TV and had no trouble streaming Netflix movies in the room. There are chairs and floats for use at the beach if you need them, and there are plenty of towels for shower and beach use. Location: It is a *very* short walk to the beach, and the north end of the beach is far less crowded or touristy than the south end. We really appreciated the quiet and more "low-key" feel of being on the North Beach side of Clearwater Beach. However, it is also really short walk (about 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk or whether you walk on the beach or road) to get down to Pier 60 where all of the charter boats and excitement are happening. It is also really close to the Palm Pavillion, which is a great place to listen to live music and watch the sunset. Despite the walk from the more populated areas, we found it safe to walk back after dark and a safe place to walk our dog in the evening. Management/Owner: It was a delight working with Joe! He was responsive and very helpful. Anytime we had a question we heard from him virtually immediately, and he returned our security deposit within 24 hours of checking out -- on a Sunday, no less. I would love to have all VRBO owners to be this pleasant and professional!"
