  • Perfect!

"I traveled with my daughters, and this was the perfect location nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It was so nice to have access to a beach (a very short walk across the street) that was away from the crowds. Aside from the beautiful scenery, the house was clean and had all the necessities. The owner is friendly and accessible, and she offers good advice. Caladesi State Park is a must. Clearwater has much to offer, and I look forward to staying here again!"

  • Paradise on Sand Key

"We stayed here this month and absolutely loved it, enough to want to return! Every review is bang on- the views are spectacular, the condo is well equipped, and the master bedroom is especially awesome with the balcony, en suite, comfy king sized bed, and tons of space. The laundry across the hall was never too busy and it was reasonable. We did have a rental car which we preferred as we like to get out every day to do something. Treasure Island and John's Pass was a scenic 30 min drive down the coast. Sand Key and the location of this condo is one of the nicest in the area. If you want class, less crowds, and unspoiled scenery, this is the place! Nathalie is a delight to deal with."

  • Delightful studio, very short walk to beach and sights

"My husband and I (and our dog) stayed in this studio for a week and really enjoyed it. We looked at many vacation rentals and hotels in the area, and this was under the cost for the location--hotels tended to be around $180 a night, and didn't have full kitchens. Other vacation rentals were a bit more expensive, but some of them could sleep more people, but for just two people (or perhaps a couple and a child) this was more than enough for our needs. It was also great to be able to have dog, especially given that the beach is dog friendly beginning 1 block north of the unit. Unit: The vaulted ceilings in the studio make it seem much larger than the square footage. The photos are representative. The bed and couch were comfortable. The outdoor deck and table (with umbrella) was nice for eating on the deck. There is a small view of the ocean from the deck, but it is not an "ocean view" deck. We enjoyed being able to see the bustle of people on the street from the deck without being a part of it. Amenities: We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and utensils for all of our cooking needs. The Wifi was really easy to access, which is unusual for vacation rentals. There it was quick and easy to connect. We brought an Apple TV and had no trouble streaming Netflix movies in the room. There are chairs and floats for use at the beach if you need them, and there are plenty of towels for shower and beach use. Location: It is a *very* short walk to the beach, and the north end of the beach is far less crowded or touristy than the south end. We really appreciated the quiet and more "low-key" feel of being on the North Beach side of Clearwater Beach. However, it is also really short walk (about 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk or whether you walk on the beach or road) to get down to Pier 60 where all of the charter boats and excitement are happening. It is also really close to the Palm Pavillion, which is a great place to listen to live music and watch the sunset. Despite the walk from the more populated areas, we found it safe to walk back after dark and a safe place to walk our dog in the evening. Management/Owner: It was a delight working with Joe! He was responsive and very helpful. Anytime we had a question we heard from him virtually immediately, and he returned our security deposit within 24 hours of checking out -- on a Sunday, no less. I would love to have all VRBO owners to be this pleasant and professional!"

  • Paradise!

"Fabulous place to unwind and enjoy great family time. The owners of this house pay attention to details to make your stay more enjoyable. Several bikes that vary in size and variety with surrounding area with great trails very near the home. Kayaks were a great bonus, fishing dock was great also. Palm Harbor is small town hidden with fabulous restaurants, brewery's and many eccentric little shops. The pass to the state honeymooners beach is gorgeous. Make sure you visit a near by Jupiter donut company, homemade doughnuts, apple fritters, and much more made daily. Go early when the baskets are empty they are done for the day. Fabulous House and hope to return soon."
