  • Wonderful Vacation in a Wonderful Condo!!!

"This condo was perfect for our family vacation. There were 7 adults and 2 children under the age of 5 and we were all very comfortable. It was close enough to the beach for all the sun and sand we could want and a beautifully quiet setting to end the evening overlooking the harbor. There were 3 very nice bedrooms, 2 with there own bathrooms and 1 with two doors adjoining the 3rd bedroom and the main hallway. The kitchen was very large so we never felted cramped when cooking. The beds were comfortable, living room could hold all of us and the deck was very nice. The internet and entry were very easy to access. There is gated parking underneath with two spots, close to the elevator and access to the street is easy. The beach was one of the best sugar sand beaches we have been on in Florida and the condo has beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The condo also has a washer and dryer so you can wash the beach towels for the next day. You can swim in the pool if it is a little chilly on the beach. Not a huge pool but it is heated. There is a gas station right across the street, several restaurants, a small market and bars within a few blocks. We were able to participate in the Outback Bowl Pep Rally down the beach and there were fireworks right across the street at midnight on New Year's Eve. We also spent the day at Sea World, toured the Clearwater Aquarium, swam with the manatees in Homasassa, parasailed and spent a couple days on the beach. Apparently, it's not usually in the 80's over Christmas!!! We were blessed. Communication with the owner was great. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, almost immediately. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend time in Clearwater Beach."

  • Did Not Want to Leave!!

"We arrived to an immaculate clean condo on July 2, 2016. We had stayed in Lighthouse Towers the past two summers. This was our first stay in Crescent Beach club. It is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions and information. The condo had everything we needed and more for a very comfortable two week stay. I would recommend this for any family for their beach vacation. There were two adults and a teen on this stay. He had his own bedroom and shower/toilet. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would! Lisa"

  • Wonderful Beach Location

"I've been vacationing in Clearwater for years but this is our first time staying at this resort. This is a privately owned unit on the 8th floor of a prime beach resort. The suite has a king bedroom and a separate living area with a queen bed. The beds are super comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of five. There are two balconies with beautiful views of the inter-coastal/bay. The full kitchen and dining table are nice amenities to have while traveling with kids. The bathroom has two sinks (very convenient), a large soaking tub and separate shower (the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger for sure) and also a "small" washer and dryer. Overall the room/suite is very comfortable. There is no daily maid service but there are a few cleaning supplies available in the room (vacuum, broom) as well as a full dishwasher so it was no problem at all. There was paper towel and toilet paper available as well as dish and hand soap. Also there was a small supply of shampoo/conditioner. Kleenex was the only item I felt could have been included. The resort is quite nice and is beach front with a large swimming pool (no slides). There is service at both the beach and the pool or there is a poolside/beachside cafe. The resort is toward the end of the strip but is in walking distance to the Pier, shops and restaurants. We have 8 year old boys and managed to walk the entire strip at least once per day with no problem. I would definitely return to the Sandpearl and more specifically rent this unit again. The owners were easy to work with and the room was everything that was promised."
