  • Brand New, Modern Apartment just steps from Clearwater Beach!

"This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building at the end of the block that runs just behind Mandalay, the main street through Clearwater Beach. The apartment is one of several that appear to all have been recently renovated in Mid-2016, and it is very modern and clean throughout. There is a King bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. It has a full kitchen and small dining area, good for playing cards or games with the kids. Large 50+" TVs in both rooms, with cable and wifi. Everything is brand new, and the unit is not at all cramped. We were VERY comfortable in this apartment. It is only a couple hundred feet from the beach entrance next to the Sandpearl, a great place to get dinner or drinks and watch the sunset. Parking was a challenge (none assigned), so you have to look for on-street parking near the unit, and most of it is limited to 2hours. That, however, is common to all the units like this in Clearwater Beach, and you'll pay heavily to stay at any of the hotels nearby, so don't let that dissuade you. Also, the city is building a very large parking deck adjacent to this unit, to the parking issue will disappear later in 2016. The owner was responsive to our questions on arrival, and everything was orderly and well-managed. The best aspect of this apartment, is its location. We were able to easily walk everywhere for shopping or activities, including down to the marina and Pier60. That can't be said of many of the hotels on lower Clearwater Beach, or the houses for rent in the north end of the island. Also, even though the unit is above a bunch of retail shops and offices, everything was very quiet at night, with no traffic noise or people wandering around. I've stayed in Clearwater Beach many times in the past 10 years, and will definitely come back to this place."

  • Great location and Property

"Very pleased with the apartment , it was as described, comfortable well appointed in a great location. Both the local restaurants in easy walk with a good choice withing 10 minutes drive JBs Island Cafe did a terrific breakfast. We found a good Publix first left past the marina just off the main road before you hit the causeway for all shopping needs"

  • Sweet Little Condo

"My husband and I took a vacation to Clearwater. The condo was fairly quiet (a little traffic at night could be heard), cozy, and perfectly secluded. We didn't stay in the condo much other than to sleep, but we loved how close it was to the beach. We always had a parking spot on the street directly in front of the condo and we loved that since parking can be an issue in Clearwater. There were plenty of towels and everything was nice and clean upon our arrival. All the beach equipment is located on the ground level next to the office. We didn't see it until we'd already purchased an umbrella. My only constructive criticism would be the pillows on the bed could use updating and a seat in the shower would be fantastic! I'd definitely recommend this condo to any couple looking for a nice get away! Its priced great and in a perfect location! Thanks for a lovely stay! :)"
