  • Sand Key - Clearwater Condo

"Beautifully appointed and well maintained home. Master bedroom is large and the home has lots of closet space. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are new as well as the appliances. Unit has a large balcony with splendid views of the Gulf. Location is across the street from 3 great restaurants as will as a pizza and breakfast spot. The property is safe, secure and very quiet compared to the traffic and congestion on Clearwater Beach. No disappointments."

  • Beautiful beach

"The beach views from the front kitchen window (inter-coastal) to the large living room picture window (ocean view) are spectacular. The beach was great for shelling and playing in the water/sand. For swimming one can walk just a short distance down the beach where there are lifeguards present. The owner provided beach chairs, towels as well as deck furniture. The back deck was being redone and will be so nice to sit on and relax with a cup of morning coffee off the master bedroom. Wonderful Master and an additional bedroom for the kids with a full and a set of bunks. Two full bathrooms and a fully appointed kitchen. The owners were very nice to work with and even let us know that the decks would be worked on the week we were staying in order to give us an opportunity to cancel or reschedule our trip. The complex pool is saltwater and also a nice reprise from a hot day. Everyone we met was nice including the security guard who has been there for 17 years and has a great history to share. The area boasts of several options for your Tampa area stay including touring the Clearwater Rescue Marina and Aquarium (with a boat tour that takes you to a tiny island almost directly across from the complex easily seen from the front deck), Bush Gardens, a Zoo and lots of other interesting day trips for which you can buy a city pass if you want to do more than one. Tarpon Springs to the North of Clearwater is very interesting because of it's sponge history and Greek settlement, boat tours and restaurants. Wish we had had more time to spend in the area, there is just so much to do. We ate at Conch Repulic and fed alligators and Congo Mini Golf in Clearwater and at Hella's in Tarpon Springs as well as Red Plum Pizza in the Palm Harbor area. A small pizza there is really a med in most restaurants. But it was great that we had the option of cooking in and eating it at our condo when we wanted to. The cost of the stay was very reasonable, especially compared to being on the beach and accommodating four of us which we would have had to have two hotel rooms."

  • Beauttiful Sunsets and Sunrises

"I highly recommend this unit. It was very clean and well taken care of. The amenities within the buildings were extremely nice. They have work out equipment, pool table, inside Jacuzzi, pool, etc. The rooms are large and the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated.. The owners were kind enough to meet us and explain how things work within the unit. Great resturants close by. I highly recommend the Columbia. I certainly will consider this unit again next year."

"We felt right at home in this condo. Very comfortable, updated and clean. Being on the 15th floor had incredible views of the beach and ocean. Would stay there again!"
