"My sister and I stayed at this property for an over due girl's long weekend. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and and its location. We were so near downtown we walked every evening for amazing food at local restaurants. I would highly recommend this property - hope to visit again next year!"

  • Perfect Clearwater Beach Gem

"We had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend in this lovely suite. Because it's located in the hotel, you get the great balance of really great service with room to spread out and not being disturbed. Our family of four (children 7 and 11) found this suite to be perfectly suited to us. We parked the car Friday when we got there and didn't get in the car again until Monday when we left. There are so many restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. Our first day, we walked to breakfast at the Beach Shanty which has amazing food -- my son raved about their homemade coconut syrup! We walked to the marina and rented jetskis and toured around the beach and around toward Honeymoon Island. We ate lunch at the Bait House and walked back. We watched a wedding from our balcony and took in the beautiful sunset. Sunday, we spent nearly the whole day at the pool, which has some great food and beverages (highly recommend the mai tai!). There were a bunch of activities for the kids, including ping pong, slip and slide, and hoola hopping contests. They had ice cream, popsicles, etc. at the activities desk for the kids and it's all included in your stay! It was a holiday weekend, so getting chairs at the pool was a little of a challenge, but we managed to get some together and everyone staying at the resort was just so friendly and the service as well!! Lucky for us, the suite has beach stuff, so we grabbed the chairs and a boogie board and headed to the beach in the late afternoon on Sunday so the kids could jump waves and pick some shells. There's also buckets and things in there if you were to spend a more significant time at the beach. It's a quick walk downstairs. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas, but they are a little far from the water in my opinion. It's better just to use what Sandra has in the room and pick your own spot! Dinner was at Clear Sky Beachside cafe. Holy moly it was delicious. Our children slept on the pull out couch and we took the bedroom. Everything was sooooo comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need to cook and enjoy the day. We just made pancakes one day. The only thing it doesn't have is coffee -- there are coffee makers. We just didn't bring coffee (how could we forget!!?). So, if that's important, either bring it, or you can grab coffee in the lobby at the Starbucks. Or walk to Dunkin Donuts which isn't that far either. We will definitely be back!!"

"So loved our time at Simona's beach condo. A fun fantastic time. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, very well furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms to beach chairs and piles of beach towels. Fantastic location just south of Clearwater Beach on Sand Key away from the crowds. We walked across the street to Maggie Mae's a couple of times for breakfast and well as Dunkin Donuts for great coffee and goodies. Every day the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular as were the stars at night. Several nights we spent time on the beach reading the night sky. Fun. The condo is minutes from Clearwater Marine Aquarium home of Winter, the star of the movie, Dolphin Tale. (Publix grocery store is right behind the aquarium...which I visited several times.) Our granddaughter stayed with us while she attended day camp at the aquarium...totally involved with her love of Winter....but soon found herself in love with the condo, the pool and the beach. I loved the place so much myself that I really didn't want to go...and wasn't careful when packing to leave. Once home I realized that I left several things behind.......which were found and Simona sent to me. Wonderful. Hope we have the opportunity to return!"

  • A must stay. Amazing view, incredible amenities!

"Our week long stay at this beautiful 5 story townhouse was awesome. First off, booking the place with the owners was extremely easy. They returned all emails and phone calls promptly. The home was incredible. There were 5 of us staying in the house and there was more than enough room. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The fact that the home was 5 levels was no issue because of the awesome private elevator. The owner's provided everything that was needed, including towels, linens, dishware, and beach chairs. The view from the roof balcony was incredible! Being able to see the beach and the sunset was great. The location was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach. The home is walking distance to everything! Bars, restaurants with live music and karaoke, parks, and grocery stores. All 5 of us were very pleased with the stay. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be renting again!"
