  • Ideal Location

"Sue was extremely easy to work with and response time was very quick. Clearwater Beach is very "spring breaky", while Sand Key is 2 miles south across the bridge and very relaxing. This put us close enough to ride our bikes around Clearwater if we wanted to, but we didn't have to deal with all the crowds all the time. The pool/grill area was great and very well kept, and the PRIVATE beach was exceptional. Every unit in the building faces the ocean, so the views are spectacular. The property is gated with security guards on duty 24/7, and they even walk the ground. I felt so comfortable I would just leave our mountain bikes in the bed of my truck not even locked up. There is a convenience store and deli directly across the street, which we didn't think would matter a ton, but it turned out to be EXTREMELY CONVENIENT! I forgot a few things and throughout the week needed some other things and I just walked across the street. Did I mention the private beach you can just walk out to?? Most places in Clearwater have "close beach access" where you are within walking distance to a public beach, but you may have to walk a block or 2 or go across streets or deal with RIDICULOUS crowds. Here you can walk out of the building and be on the beach within a minute! May take you a couple minutes to walk all the way to the water because the beach is huge. Its great not having to deal with parking, and then lugging all your beach stuff down, etc etc. Just stumble down there and if you forget something or need to use the restroom, you can just go right back up to your room. Courtesy shower on the wooden walkway leading down there as well as the pool area if you wanna lounge at the pool after the beach. Pool and hot tub are lighted, so it made for a great night time lounging at the pool. We didn't go to any other beaches the entire time we were there. Saw tons of dolphins, and even a manatee came right up to the beach. Grills were great, as we grilled some fresh fish that we caught after a great day of fishing, and everything I needed to cook my own fish I got at the convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Absolutely perfect

"We absolutely loved our time at the Sabal Palm. This place was absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater. Maryhelen was very accommodating and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The Sabal Palm is extremely close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops we went to were just a short walk from where we were. We loved the area and are already talking about a return vacation to Clearwater and will certainly be staying here again when we do. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!"

  • Fun in the sun!

"Had a blast staying at this wonderful location! Clearwater Beach is the perfect place for a family getaway! Stayed at this location with my parents, two children, and my sister and her husband. There was more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen has everything you may need, and a small store is within walking distance. Note that one bedroom (the one with the Florida Gators bed) has a very small bed, and would be a little cramped for two people. My kids loved the movies in the bunk bed room, and had a blast sitting in the hot tub on the roof morning, noon, and night! The elevator was great for my dad, who has a bad knee (there are a lot of steps in this condo). All in all, my family loved this condo. My only complaints are that the carpet is a bit dirty, and the place could use a fresh coat of paint. However, with two kids staying there, it was nice to not worry too much about the carpet. The garage contains many beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, volleyballs, and tons of sand and water toys. It also has high chairs and an umbrella stroller. This condo is a good value overall , especially for a large family with children. Also remember that the traffic into and out of Clearwater Beach can be a huge nightmare, so keep this in mind."

  • Tangerine Dream is a "dream"

"The Tangerine Dream was a delight for two senior couples to share. It had all the amenities required and was well stocked with extra sheets, towels and even beach towels and chairs. With the many windows and sliding doors, it was very airy and uplifting. The backyard was very secluded, quiet, and pleasant for sitting around either of the two pools, or getting in for a comfortable soak. The cottage is nicely located just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and other shops - yet is in a portion of Clearwater Beach that is peaceful and not crowded or noisy. The cottage and surrounding facilities were well maintained and attractive. Teresa is delightful, accommodating, and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tangerine Dream and Clearwater Beach."
