  • Best Vacation Ever!

"My family had a wonderful stay at Haus Caladesi! Everything we needed was on hand; the house was very clean, the pool was fantastic - and the highlight of our stay! The beach is just a few steps away. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but yet very close to restaurants and stores. Alex was always easy to reach and responsive. Walter and Alex are very professional and wonderful to deal with. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and looking forward to staying there again! Thank you, Bawells!!"

  • Perfect location - beautiful beach

"We stayed 9 nights at this wonderful cottage. I have never dealt with such a professional and detail oriented owner before. Excellent communication, a notebook filled with all the information we would need about the cottage and the town. We only used the AC one night. The three ceiling fans really kept the place nice and cool. The bed and bedding were super comfy. The kitchen was modern and well stocked . Though, all we needed was a corkscrew, the coffee pot and wine glasses. I don't cook on vacation. And, no need to when there's so many great places to eat either a walk or trolley ride away. The cottage is in a quiet residential area, no spring break kids!! As promised, it was 32 steps to the beach! One of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We were lucky with the weather, sunny skies , no clouds, and the water was warm enough to swim in. ( last year it was a bit too chilly) We walked to Caldesi Island, about 35 minutes away. Gorgeous undeveloped area with beautiful shells to pick and pelicans to watch. A little further down we discovered there was a state park there with a concession stand and restrooms , nature trails and a ferry to Honeymoon Island. The only time we drive was to go to watch the Phillies spring training games . I found out too late that the trolley stopped there! The little patio outside was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Great advantage having a washer and dryer on hand! We are now back in freezing cold New York😞򗡂ut our memories of our time in Clearwater will keep us warm"

  • Perfect for us

"We spent 4 nights at this fully stocked condo. Kathy has literally thought of everything you will need other than your groceries. Everything you need for the beach is right there at the condo and it's a short walk. Conveniently located within a 15 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Make sure to check out Pier 60. The hub of all activity for the beach area. Kathy was very easy to work with and made sure we got settled in by meeting us upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Belinde Cordell"

  • Functional studio in a quieter end of town

"Long story short, I don't think you can go wrong with this studio. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Checking into the unit at the office was easy and only a 5 minute drive from the unit itself. Renters get their own assigned parking space at the building which was a benefit for a busy island. One minute walk to several good places to eat, 10 minutes to nearest beach, 20 to the "roundabout". Aspects of the unit seemed a bit old but functional and satisfied our needs, while there were some new items throughout. The beautiful views photographed in the listing are totally accurate. A call to the office regarding an interruption in Wifi connection was addressed promptly. We didn't use the pool or other amenities. Even during a spring break week the place was quiet."
