  • Can't wait to return!

"We loved this little cottage. It was the prefect fit for our family of 5. The house was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. Our favorite feature was the screened in patio, which we spent the majority of our waking hours if we were not out and about. We got the kayaks out and used them to paddle up and down the canals, which was very quiet and relaxing. The wildlife park up the street is a fun place to visit and definitely take advantage of the discount you get from Bird's Underwater to go on a guided manatee swim!"

  • Great property!!

"The house is great!!! The pictures do not do the house justice. We slept comfortably with 7 adults and a child. There is everything you can think of to make your stay enjoyable. There is even a pack and play and baby gate to guard the upstairs area. The location is key and this is a prime location. Located around the corner From Monkey Island. I would highly recommend this as your place to stay when in town!!!"

  • Excellent place to stay!

"We love coming up to Homosassa every summer to do some scalloping and spend time together just getting away from it all. The house was perfect for us! Plenty to do on a nice silent canal. PERFECT FOR KAYAKING! The pool was very much enjoyed by my kids as well as the large screened in porch! We will defiantly be staying here again!"

"Everything about our accommodations met our needs as promised from barbecuing on the grill, cooking fresh shrimp suggested by John, canoeing and which restaurants were his favorites to a good nights sleep. Started each morning on the front porch area on the water with a great view, a small alligator and birds singing. Hopefully I can get my relatives and friends to join me there next year. What a relaxing time. The seafood was superb at The Freezer and Pecks. The Wildlife State Park and matinees were a wonder."
