"My wife, dog and I stayed at this condo in Oct. 2016. What made it very attractive for us was our dog was welcome as well. The unit has all the amenities we needed, was very comfortable with a spectacular view of the beach and gulf. The unit is spacious (3 bedrooms), well appointed, with cable tv in every bedroom, wireless internet, and a very functional kitchen with many utensils. This was the first vacation we had in a few years and it was one of the best, if not the best. The weather was beautiful. A block and a half from the unit is a city park, Kolb Park, where we walked our dog each day, which she loved. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores very nearby, some within walking distance. There is also a beauty salon less than a block away. We will always remember this wonderful, enchanting vacation with tremendous fondness."

  • Awesome Views

"Down from Ohio, 3rd time staying on Indian Rocks Beach, by far the THE BEST UNIT we have stayed in!! Jill with 3 Palms (the management company) answered all of our questions. Unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed....looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend this unit!"

  • Absolutely Charming and Phenomenal Location!

"My family was searching for a charming place to stay during the National Championship. We happened upon the Tiffany Cottage/Bungalow and could not have been more pleased. It is literally steps to the ocean, with a very secluded, lovely backyard filled with banyan trees, a picnic table and a deck with a huge outdoor couch. The interior is immaculate and comfortable, the décor is charming. Plenty of space for a family to spread out in, and there is an ice cream shop within walking distance. The owner was fabulous to work with and as charming as the cottage! We will definitely be back!"

  • Just right!

"Bob and Miho have turned an older duplex into a lovely boutique hideaway, close to the Gulf beaches, yet in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Everything in the one-bedroom Hibiscus suite was clean, bright, and pleasant. Plenty of windows provide both light and cooling ventilation on warm days. New appliances, TV, bed/mattress, dishes, cookware, towels - all just right for the two of us. Bob lives close enough to be available if there is any need and knows the community well enough to offer advice on places to go and things to do. He takes meticulous care of the beautiful landscaping. There is a grill and table in back under a large live oak and a smaller table in the front under a fig tree. The bougainvillea were just gorgeous, so colorful. And it's all fenced off so it feels very private even with neighbors nearby. Located in Indian Rocks Beach is a big plus to us. The beach is clean and lovely, there are plenty of places for seafood or ice cream or whatever (it was hard to resist the temptation of Kooky Coconut when we walked right past it every time we went to the beach), and yet the atmosphere is much more laid back than some of the better known beach towns up and down the coast. IRB still has the ambiance of "old Florida", and you can easily get to places offering bigger crowds and live entertainment if that's more to your taste. A few other things - having laundry available on site (new washer and dryer) is nice if you need it. Also, Bob and Miho have thought to make available a wagon, beach chairs, ice chest, beach umbrella if you want to spend the day on the beach. Overall, this was the best VRBO experience we've had. Simple, but all we could ask for at a very reasonable price. I'm sure we'll need to book early to get time with Miho and Bob next season."
