  • Our Perfect Vacation

"We couldn't have asked for more on this vacation. The condo had everything that we needed and items that we forgot to bring. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Chris was amazing. He was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to give us recommendations on restaurants and checked on us to make sure all was well. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. I would recommend Chris and his condo to anyone that wants to visit St. Pete beach. We will definitely return."

  • Great Memorial Day getaway

"We had a wonderful time at the Nautical Cabin in Homosassa Spring. The house has everything you could ask for and the location is "Super". There was lots of wild life to see from Manatee's swim by each morning to Otters checking the crab traps each afternoon along with several different types of bird. (Thanks for the bird book) While out on the water we had Dolphin feeding just in front of our boat feeding. A trip to the Springs is a must during your stay! Seagrass Waterfront is a very relaxing place to grab a bite to eat after the spring. Don't let this one pass you by....if you want to relax. The porch has rocking chairs that will help you forget all you have left behind with the absolute quite. Thanks Masters Family. Vince and Gail Lazzara Tim and Karon Gardner Tampa Florida"

  • Great location and very comfortable home away from home

"My family of four enjoyed a great stay at this two bedroom two bath condo. This condo was very well equipped with everything you can think of: books, toys, board games, throws, the kitchen was very well stocked and then some. Very clean and well kept. The oceanfront views were amazing. Great walk to John's Pass for dining, shopping, and renting jet skis. Will definitely stay again! Thanks Donna!"

  • Great place for a family to hang out and relax with kayaks and free wildlife experiences

"Our first impression was it was one of the nicer houses in the area. The neighborhood nor the surrounding areas are touristy at all. You're in a house in a neighborhood. The house is elevated with a full bathroom, storage and parking underneath. House is very welcoming and basic. Nothing too fancy - just right. Huge kitchen, great dining area overlooking the water. LRoom also looks out to deck and dock. Decks goes around 2 sides of the house; you can easily spot manatee from inside because they look like brown blobs in the water. We'd yell "manatee!!" and then all run down to the dock which they actually nudge under to eat the greens underwater. Deck has a big outdoor dining table and a 2 person table. There's a fire pit in the small grassed backyard. Grill requires charcoal - very fun. There were 2 half bags of matchlight downstairs and we used 1 so wait to see what's there before bringing charcoal. Then leave your extra for the next person. Not very many houses have such a nice boat ramp and 2 docks. We kayaked everyday. We started out with a parent and kid in each of 2, two-man kayaks but by midweek the kids were using the singles. My favorite is the red single but it's very tippy. There is a sandbar close by where the neighborhood canals meet the Weeki Wachee river. Great place to get out and sit in the water. The river is beautiful to kayak; turtles, hawk, raccoon, sea birds, manatee - to the left is wilder and fairytale beautiful but the current is against you. On the way back you just stop paddling and let the current turn you around and push you back to the sandbar. Twice we paddled right up to a mom and about 4 foot baby manatee -nursing. They don't seem to mind. Back at the dock, we used a huge intertube tied to the dock to play in the water. Huge white heron come racing down the canal at eye level. Lots of wildlife, blue crab, turtles and tortoise, vulchers, even some bats. Beach was within 10 min. $5 to get in but you can leave and come back to see the sunset. Very shallow, no waves, very clear. Pine Island beach reminded me of a beach in the Fla. Keys. Winn Dixie less than 10 mi and Publixs. Normal neighborhood stuff - restaurants, drug stores but nothing touristy at all. Produce and fish sold at veggie stand nearby on Sat morn only. Hernando Beach has a veg stand next to Bayside Fish market and they'll cook it too. Great vacation!"
