  • Wonderful Location

"Great customer service from the owner, answered all queries quickly and provided clear instructions for arrival. The condo was clean and well stocked with all you could need. The furnishing are a bit dated but the view from the balcony more than makes up for this. Wonderful to watch the dolphins swimming past in the morning and the perfect sunsets in the evenings. The pool is a great with lots of sun beds. Some of the other residents could have been more friendly but felt safe in the complex, good security and the security guard (Jimmy) was very welcoming. I would go back"

  • Outstanding!!! One of the best!!!

"We have been coming down to the gulf coast for 12 years now, from Siesta Key, to Madeira Beach, to Indian Rocks. We have stayed in many condos along the way. This is our second stay in this particular building, and our first in unit 405. I can honestly say that this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is very spacious, very nicely updated and decorated, and of course the view is astonishing. The master king size bed was very, very comfortable...sometimes that is not so much the case. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in or for just making your favorite frozen concoction to set and watch the sunset. It is within walking distance to multiple restaurants (I recommend Aqua Prime and the Slyce Pizza Bar or if you want to take a trolly ride or a short drive...the Conch Republic Grille is excellent as well and is only about 5 miles towards Indian Shores.) The cabana was well stocked with plenty of chairs and toys for the beach and was a nice plus. If you are up for some deep sea fishing - Hubbards is the place to go. Great people. Nine of us in our family took the 8 hour private charter and caught 141 fish and had a blast doing it. I have to say that I have worked with some great owners over the years, but the owner and rental agency here were both top notch. Very friendly, informative, and great to work with. I can not think of a single thing I would change about this condo. We had a great week with lots of family staying in the same building (they were all impressed with our condo.) I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice updated, well appointed condo. The price is right as well. We will definitely be seeking this one out for our next trip to beautiful Indian Rocks. Thanks :-)"

  • Fantastic cottage, fantastic location

"This is a very well-appointed, charming cottage, and the location is perfect. The beach is a short walk from the front deck, which by the way is expansive and has a sun shade that is quite handy in the afternoon. The cottage faces west to the Gulf, so the water views and sunsets are amazing. Binoculars are a must for watching ospreys, pelicans, terns, herons and skimmers at work. In the water we saw dolphins galore as well as manatees and even a mammoth sea turtle heading back to the water after laying her eggs. A great experience -- we hope to do it again."
