  • Budget friendly near the beach

"Great little house just a block from beach access. Pool area and screened porch were perfect for us. All three bedrooms had comfortable Queen bedding and a small TV with a great layout for privacy. One of the BR/bathrooms is off the kitchen side of the house with a door that closes it off from the kitchen. The other two BR/bathroom is off the living room side of the house and that can also be closed off for privacy. Large flat screen with DirectTV. Since it's a single ranch home, no steps and lots of parking. Not fancy but comfortable and affordable. Rental agency was easy to work with."

  • As good as it gets!

"We love this place! For the second year in a row! We’ll be back next year, too. Because a direct beach view and beach walking are “must haves” for us and we enjoy the quiet neighborhood feel of Indian Rocks Beach, this condo is ideally situated. The view is fantastic, from first daylight in the morning until sunset at supper time. The constant sound of the surf is as soothing as a mother’s heartbeat, and the occasional good hard blow of wind and rain adds a reminder of how natural this setting feels. The condo itself is most comfortable, convenient, well laid out and equipped, and quiet on the top floor. Climbing the five flights of stairs gives us some extra exercise, and the elevator is there when we need it. The condo is less than a 30-minute beach walk to one of our favorite places for a treat, coffee or lunch, the Cafe de Paris Bakery, and just two blocks from good food and music at Slyce Pizza Bar. Bill is about the best owner/manager you could ask for. He responds quickly when we’ve had needs for anything, even as small as checking on a burned out lightbulb. He is welcoming and down to earth, and has added to the pleasure of our visits. We now consider this our “winter home” when we vacation in Florida."

  • Quiet and cozy.

"We loved the cozy little cottage, perfect. The beach access was right across the street. Quiet area, with a place called the kookie coconut across the street with great food. Would definitely come back."
