  • The condo was very nice. Very clean and the furniture and bedding were very comfortable.

"The only complaint was ,we stayed on the First level unit 1 . The renters in unit 2 sencond level were very loud and inconsiderate. You could hear them walking and it was LOUD.. That was the only complaint that I have."

  • Sand Isle I

"We stayed at this property for 4 days in early February 2017. It is beautifully maintained, fully equipped and steps from the pool and the gulf beach. Also, you never really have to use your car as the property is located conveniently within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. One drawback to the property is the steep stairway to the front door."

  • Beautiful sunset view!

"This is a wonderful condo that is beautifully decorated. There are a couple of great restaurants close by. Keegan's is a must to eat at. It was delicious!! The unit was missing a blow dryer and an ironing board. We told the owners, when we left, and were assured that they would be addressing it. The reserved parking spot is extremely tight for a full size vehicle. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional parking is almost impossible to find, on site. Parasailing and jet ski are available in Clearwater beach (approximately 7 miles one way) or at John's Pass (approximately 15 miles the other way). There is not any rentals for these activities in this area. There also is not any rental chair service in this area. There are 4 small collapsible chairs in the condo but they are not really made for laying out. We would highly recommend this unit!!"

  • Location, Location, Location

"We drove down from Minnesota and stayed here from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve and brought our dog as well. We loved the house, the neighborhood, and the city of Indian Rocks Beach. We thought we'd go out more often, but with the nice gas grill and furnished kitchen, we cooked and enjoyed our views. The house came with everything you'd need including a wagon, beach chairs, and nice beach towels so you can walk to the beach. You can also walk to the dog park which also has a really cool boardwalk thru the mangroves. Our favorite walkable restaurants were - PJ's Oysters, Crabby, Bills, and Kooky Coconut -which are all dog friendly. It was amazing to swim and hot tub with birds, fish, and dolphins so close! The beach is NOT dog friendly, but you can drive south about 40 minutes and go to Fort De Soto with the chairs, towels, and picnic lunch and hang out on their off leash very large beach with friendly dogs and dog lovers while you watch the ferry and the ships go by. You can also rent kayaks in the park and enjoy a hour long mangrove trail. We rented boats from James at IRB Boat Rentals at the Holiday Inn and he was friendly, accommodating, and helpful so we could check out more of the inter-coastal waters. We brought bicycles and safely road Gulf Blvd as there is a big bicycle culture here and I also enjoyed runs on the beach which is fairly common. The photos are all accurate and we hope we can visit again in the future. Thank you for sharing your house and your wonderful neighbors!"
