  • Indian Rocks Beach Condo

"We had a great stay in this condo unit in Indian Rocks Beach, FL! The 2 bedroom unit was well decorated, clean, and stocked with all we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular and you can see up and down the beach for several miles. Of course, the sunsets are magnificent also. We used the pool every day, the hot tub every night, and walked to several restaurants during the stay. We will probably be coming back next Christmas, and staying longer!"

  • Wonderful Location

"Great customer service from the owner, answered all queries quickly and provided clear instructions for arrival. The condo was clean and well stocked with all you could need. The furnishing are a bit dated but the view from the balcony more than makes up for this. Wonderful to watch the dolphins swimming past in the morning and the perfect sunsets in the evenings. The pool is a great with lots of sun beds. Some of the other residents could have been more friendly but felt safe in the complex, good security and the security guard (Jimmy) was very welcoming. I would go back"

  • Great Beach front rental

"We just returned from renting this home in Indian Rocks Beach. The owner did a fantastic job in communicating with us from the day we inquired and till the day we checked out. It made it really nice to know the owner cared enough to make sure we were very much aware of the house and what to do in the surrounding area. The pictures on the VRBO dont really do the house justice. We had two adults and 4 teenage kids. There was plenty of sleeping areas with one king sized bed, one queen and a pull out sofa down stairs. The house was just what we needed as a home base for spending most days on the beach, which is 50ft down the driveway to the private beach access. When home during the evenings there was plenty of room for us all to dine together or play games at the large kitchen table. This house is part of three separate places on the same property. The front home is a 2BR ranch and this house is a two story directly behind it. The views from the main living floor are blocked by the house in front including the views on the main floor deck. The upper floor bedrooms had beautiful views of the beach and the upper deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the views of the ocean. The blocked views on the main floor did not bother us since we spent the days on the beach. We would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a nice casual place to stay in a really nice quiet town of Indian Rocks Beach. The owner was great to work with and genuinely cared about our comfort while staying in the home. We will be back again!! Thanks"

  • Beautiful home and perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

"We spent a week at this beautiful town home 8/14-8/21/16. It appeared to be newly remodeled and professionally decorated! We loved the space it provided for our 2 families with 5 children. The main floor had a large living room with plenty of seating, a well-equiped full size kitchen with large island, one bedroom with a king size bed, and a separate full bathroom. The upstairs had a huge master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, a very large bedroom with 2 queen beds, another bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a main hall full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Balconies off the living room and master bedroom provided beautiful views of the gulf and sunset. Parking spaces were provided underneath the building and there was a locker with beach chairs, umbrellas and floats. We split time between the pool and the beach each day. The pool is shared by the adjacent town home as well as a 9 unit complex, but we never saw anybody else use it. The beach was maybe a 50' walk past the pool along a sandy path. The gulf was warm and calm, and multiple dolphins swam past daily! From a listing in local information provided by the home owners, we rented double kayaks and paddle boards, which the shop immediately delivered and later picked up. Because we rented in early afternoon for 24 hours, we were able to use them the following morning as well. Everyone was able to participate--picture a 4 yo and 5 yo heading out together in the kayak!--and had a great time. We ate most breakfasts and lunches at the house, then went out to dinner every night. There were plenty of restaurants along Gulf Blvd to choose from, acknowledging eclectic varieties of pizza at Slyce and good seafood at Guppys. We had a wonderful time! There were just enough bath towels at the house for everyone, but there were no beach towels! Preferring to shower with a clean towel after being at the beach all day, as presumably most people would, we had to buy ourselves beach towels. We also had to purchase toilet paper, Kleenex, soap and garbage bags, which we did not expect. Luckily there is typical shopping (grocery, Target, etc.) merely minutes away. Also note that the main level bedroom was warm, especially when closed, being the only bedroom without a ceiling fan. Overall, we absolutely loved the home and its proximity to the beach and amenities! It was a relaxing week and we can't wait to go back!"
