  • Barefoot beach resort - spring break 2016

"Prior to arrival owners were very accommodating in answering all questions we had. Arriving and departing all went very smoothly. We did not need to contact owners at all during our stay. Beautiful beach access directly across the street and intercoastal water way on back side of condo kept our teenage boyz very busy with fishing. However, we flew so we did have to go buy all our equipment from poles, lures, etc. The resort does offer this equipment to guests but NOT VRBO guests. Actually front desk people at resort pretty rude and unfriendly. It is a well kept, clean great resort despite. Would have been nice to have some fishing equipment in condo for people to use. Great, new bait shop down the road called Shark tackle. Highly recommend him on gulf rd - not far from condo. Bed small and very uncomfortable for all week so would certainly suggest a queen or king sized more high end bed. Condo very clean and did have cooler and chairs and extra blankets, pillows. The condo we rented was right by road. Very very noisy. You could hear cars all night long. It was also hard during the beautiful days not to be able to open any windowns in the condo. Esp coming from Wisconsin and anticipating fresh air. Overall a good place to stay. Great for families of teenagers. Thank you"

  • Awesome place to stay.

"Everything owner had said is there is there. Owner trust folks to use their belongings. Awesome beach view and stay. Beach is cleaner than other beaches I have been to. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings and to enjoy the sun. Carts available to bring personal belongings to the condo and back to vehicle. Washer and dryer just outside the condo. All necessities on site and available to use. The view of the sunset was spectacular. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves in the daytime or night time is very relaxing. Without a doubt, I would most definitely be making reservations to stay here again."

  • Amazing time

"My family and I just returned to Indian Shores for our 2nd time at the end of June. We all had such a great time, spending all day right on the beach (steps away from the condo). Although we never wanted to leave the water at the end of the day, it was always a pleasure to head up to the condo and still be "on the beach". While the family got ready for the evening, we hung out on the balcony admiring the view and patiently waiting for our front row seats to an amazing sunset each night. Once the sun went down, we grabbed food from the Salt Rock right across the street. The kids, my wife and I enjoyed this either to go or relaxed inside just about each evening (the kids still ask to have that for dinner now). Our mornings consisted of eating breakfast at the local coffee shop just steps out our front door (maui muffin is amazing). We grabbed coffee and a bite and enjoyed it once again on our front row seats, where we saw dolphin and a manatee each morning swim by. The condo itself was immaculate and offered everything to make us comfortable (from the furniture inside and outside, there wasn't a bad seat). We are already in discussion on dates to return next year to stay again. Lyle was great and quick to respond to my many questions. Thanks Lyle for making the trip sO relaxing."

  • Great unit, great complex, great owner.

"My family of five had a fantastic time in this condo. Initially I was a bit concerned about staying in a larger complex (60 units instead of the 4 unit ones that we have rented in the past) but now I don't know what I was worried about. This was by far the quietest condo we have stayed in and there was just enough people to chat with around the pool, which was full at times but never over crowded. The beach in front of this condo is amazing! It has the most gradual slope and when its low tide you can wade out to a really cool sandbar. Of the five condos we have rented in the area this was by far the cleanest and most well kept. The owner, Marci, is friendly and super easy to work with. The location is great, centered between Clearwater and Madeira Beach. If you want to parasail or jet ski, John's Pass in Madeira is a great choice, less crowded and less expensive than Clearwater. There are lots of great restaurants just a short drive from the condo: Light House Donuts, Crabby Bill's, PJ's, and The Pub are a must for us. Honestly, I can't say enough about this property, we loved it and plan to go back next summer."
