  • Comfortable and relaxing

"This is our second year and planning on next year. Everything is updated. I would like to have the couch, chairs and beds in my home. Kitchen is above expectations. There is NO carpet. Sandy beaches and carpet do not mix. Instead, the condo has ceramic tile throughout. We spilled some sand at the entry but was able to clean up without problem. This is a clean and comfortable condo!!! Also, the building is well managed. I don't think the Garcia's have much to do with the management of the building but they did pick the right kind of management. I am proud to tell people where I vacationed."

  • Friends Week

"We five friends have returned home with memories, mementos, and laughs that will keep us until next year! We have stayed in this condo for three straight years now. It always exceeds our expectations! It is so nicely decorated and comfortable. Always clean. The owner, again, gave us a very nice gift upon arrival. She is so nice and so easy to work with. The check in and out process is made pleasurable by the friendly staff at Sun Vista. We love everything about the area...the restaurants (The Pub is right across the street and now there is a new ice cream shop, too) in the area are so good (King Crab at Crabby Bill's are wonderful!!), grocery store is right across the bridge. John's Pass is somewhere we go every year to eat at the Friendly Fisherman and to shop. Oh, AND THE BEACH!! We love to have coffee on the balcony overlooking the sand and sea! We spend our evenings on the beach, cameras ready, to see the spectacular sunsets! We took side trips to Dunedin, a beautiful little town with great restaurants and shops and to Tarpon Springs, a Greek community, to see the sponges and eat wonderful food . Lots to see!! You will not be disappointed with this residence!"

  • Great Christmas holiday getaway

"Just got back from our first visit to this condo and we definitely plan to come back. It is exactly what you see in the pics and all the other reviews are spot on. Very clean and comfortable. We know the area well, so it was just a pleasant haven in which to enjoy one of our favorite places to relax. There is a new pizza restaurant across the street that we can heartily recommend as well as the Salt Rock Grille, which still offers $15 "early bird" dining at 4 pm. We also found Lou, the owner, easy to work with."

  • Outstanding Condo in a Great Location

"We stayed here for the entire month of January, 2016. The condo is in a great location close to many attractions and restaurants We were able to walk the beach almost every day and collected a variety of sea shells. The condo is well maintained and very tastefully decorated. Anything you can think of is provided, from beach chairs, beach umbrellas to books, DVD's and kitchen accessories. Although the condo only has one bedroom, the sunroom made it feel more spacious and open. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the sunroom was spectacular. The complex has a very nice pool area, with plenty of seating where it's easy to meet other guests. There is also a fishing dock on the inter-costal where many varieties of fish can be caught. Renee was great to deal with and very responsive and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful month and would most definitely stay here again."
