  • This place is PARADISE on the gulf!

"I can't say enough about T'ween Waters! I'd like to keep it a secret, but the owner is such a nice guy that I felt compelled to write a review. What do they say about real estate, - "LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION?" Well, this place has it! Step out the door onto the private, shaded area of beach for the best sunsets in the world, or cross the street to your own dock on the intercoastal waterway. That area of Indian Shores/Indian Rocks has lots to do and great restaurants and shops to explore. But all you need is at T'ween Waters. The cottage has a retro "Old Florida" charm but an updated, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable leather furniture and HD TV in the living room. There is one bedroom and full bath on the first floor and another bath and three more bedrooms upstairs, which makes it ideal for extended family. Every room has a water view and you can sleep to the sound of the surf! The beds were so comfortable that I asked the owner, Dan, what kind of mattresses they had so I can get one for home! What a wonderful vacation we had at this charming place. Highly recommended. Thanks, Dan. We WILL be back!"

  • frequent area visitor

"We have rented many condos in the Indian Rock/Indian shores area due to elderly relatives in the area. This was the first time we rented on the intercoastal waterway rather than the beach. Every good statement written by previous reviewers is true. Here are some things not previously written. The complex is in a no wake zone, meaning less water noise and more time to view the boats. We were nervous about the bed as it is a queen size, normally we sleep in a king size bed. The mattress was so comfortable, size did not matter. The unit has parking in front near the elevator and the unit is next to the elevator. NO it was not noisy and it made it easier for elderly relatives to walk to unit. I would gladly rent this unit again if it is available."

  • Perfect location and price.

"The ladies in my favorite stayed here for a week for a family get away. We loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is nicely updated and equipped. Cheryl went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. The balcony had lots of chairs and there were beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Indian Shores Retreat

"This is a really nice property. It has a huge 2 car garage with just about everything you could possibly need. The interior is decorated nicely, very beachy. Full size washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our favorite thing is the fabulous dock. We fished every single night off the dock. Even though the waters are very warm, we still caught flounder, snook and black drum. We only ate out twice during our week stay. PJ's Oyster Bar in Indian Shores and The Hut at John's Pass. Both are great. The Weeden Island Kayak trip is a must! Go at high tide. We also toured USF and went to the Tampa Aquarium. It's well worth the ticket price. We personally won't go back because we never do the same vacation twice but I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Notes for the owner: you should provide the bike lock combinations so they can be locked up during use. Also, the floors were pretty sandy upon arrival."
