  • The perfect beach front condo

"I am not sure that you can find a better condo on the beach for the price. The condo was well apportioned, the salt water pool was fantastic, and to walk right down a flight of stairs and be on the beach was incredible. We woke up every morning and had coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico as we watched dolphins swim just off the beach. We were close to many great restaurants and the best thing is that the beach and roads were not nearly as busy as Clearwater Beach to the north, or St. Pete Beach to the south.. We were able to fish from the beach and right across the street in the inner coastal as well which led to much excitement for the kids, catching a variety of fish. There is a grocery store within a mile and we were able to stock the condo to our liking with snacks and drinks. The condo was clean, and the entire property was well taken care of, including the beach and pool deck area with 3 commercial grade grills for our use. Bath towels and sheets were fresh and soft and the master bedroom bed was pretty comfortable as well. The two twin beds were not quite as comfortable to me, but the kids never complained so they couldn't of been too bad. All in all, a great experience, a great condo that I will be returning to, and we have already recommended to some family members who will rent as well. Thanks again Rex for providing a great place for us to have a wonderful time in."

  • Million dollar view!!!

"Myself and family loved this beach home and ocean view so much that no one wanted to leave to do anything else, the water was crystal clear perfect temperature and the waves were different every day, lets not forget about the daily dolphin sightings. We arrived late and found the home with lights and AC on, the home itself was clean and supplied with everything we needed. What was also nice was the home was located in a residential area quiet, with supermarket just a short drive anyway, so much better than hotel. The owner was very helpful and accommodating would definitely give 5 stars and would return. JP Massachusetts"

  • This place is PARADISE on the gulf!

"I can't say enough about T'ween Waters! I'd like to keep it a secret, but the owner is such a nice guy that I felt compelled to write a review. What do they say about real estate, - "LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION?" Well, this place has it! Step out the door onto the private, shaded area of beach for the best sunsets in the world, or cross the street to your own dock on the intercoastal waterway. That area of Indian Shores/Indian Rocks has lots to do and great restaurants and shops to explore. But all you need is at T'ween Waters. The cottage has a retro "Old Florida" charm but an updated, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable leather furniture and HD TV in the living room. There is one bedroom and full bath on the first floor and another bath and three more bedrooms upstairs, which makes it ideal for extended family. Every room has a water view and you can sleep to the sound of the surf! The beds were so comfortable that I asked the owner, Dan, what kind of mattresses they had so I can get one for home! What a wonderful vacation we had at this charming place. Highly recommended. Thanks, Dan. We WILL be back!"

  • Friends Week

"We five friends have returned home with memories, mementos, and laughs that will keep us until next year! We have stayed in this condo for three straight years now. It always exceeds our expectations! It is so nicely decorated and comfortable. Always clean. The owner, again, gave us a very nice gift upon arrival. She is so nice and so easy to work with. The check in and out process is made pleasurable by the friendly staff at Sun Vista. We love everything about the area...the restaurants (The Pub is right across the street and now there is a new ice cream shop, too) in the area are so good (King Crab at Crabby Bill's are wonderful!!), grocery store is right across the bridge. John's Pass is somewhere we go every year to eat at the Friendly Fisherman and to shop. Oh, AND THE BEACH!! We love to have coffee on the balcony overlooking the sand and sea! We spend our evenings on the beach, cameras ready, to see the spectacular sunsets! We took side trips to Dunedin, a beautiful little town with great restaurants and shops and to Tarpon Springs, a Greek community, to see the sponges and eat wonderful food . Lots to see!! You will not be disappointed with this residence!"
