  • The best time ever

"I'm not one for writing reviews but felt compelled after our visit to Indian Shores. We came over from England for our son's wedding and made it a 2 week stay. Firstly the owner Heidi is a lovely person who goes out her way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Communication is excellent and she always responds to emails texts or calls. The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you could need and the views are amazing, we never got bored of morning coffee on the balcony. We had a great time cooking meals and sitting round the table with ours 2 sons and their partners and had great fun. The complex is write on the intercoastal and we enjoyed fishing most mornings with dolphins manatees and even an eagle. Across the road is a beautiful beach and again the condo has most things you need to enjoy a day there. We went to several beaches but always came back to Indian Shores as it was never overcrowded and always clean. Indian Shores is a great place to stay with a few bars, restaurants and shops nearby, it's quiet and laid back. If you want hustle and bustle then maybe Clearwater is for you but this was perfect for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone and certainly would love to return next year. Simply perfect, thank you Heidi & Steve."

  • Most comfortable stay on Indian Shores

"We had a mixture of families staying at Casa Gia for a family reunion. Everyone was comfortable and it was specially nice to have several kitchens available during or trip. We congregated for the most part in the top floor since it had a large living area and balcony overlooking the beach and also in the pool area. Havin the property split in units gave privacy to some of our family members that needed to get work done or just wanted quite time. Everything is exceptionally clean inside the units, they really do a good job with that compared to other properties we have stayed at in the area, my wife ran her fingers through blinds and window ledges (she hates dust) and she couldn't find anything to complain about, she was happy about that. We had a group of about 18 with 6 vehicles and plenty of parking. Salt Rock is right across the street and Indian Shores Coffee which is nice. We don't have a date set for our next family reunion but I hope we can book this property again next year. The owners and property management staff where easy to contact while booking and attentive while we stayed there although we really didn't need them for anything."

  • This place is PARADISE on the gulf!

"I can't say enough about T'ween Waters! I'd like to keep it a secret, but the owner is such a nice guy that I felt compelled to write a review. What do they say about real estate, - "LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION?" Well, this place has it! Step out the door onto the private, shaded area of beach for the best sunsets in the world, or cross the street to your own dock on the intercoastal waterway. That area of Indian Shores/Indian Rocks has lots to do and great restaurants and shops to explore. But all you need is at T'ween Waters. The cottage has a retro "Old Florida" charm but an updated, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable leather furniture and HD TV in the living room. There is one bedroom and full bath on the first floor and another bath and three more bedrooms upstairs, which makes it ideal for extended family. Every room has a water view and you can sleep to the sound of the surf! The beds were so comfortable that I asked the owner, Dan, what kind of mattresses they had so I can get one for home! What a wonderful vacation we had at this charming place. Highly recommended. Thanks, Dan. We WILL be back!"

  • My new vacation spot!

"I do not know where to begin... I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This condo is beautiful! Very specious, and really nicely decorated and it's very clean!! The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook with, and the appliances look to be brand new! The view of the Gulf is to die for! The unit is located right above the pool, which I didn't find noisy at all! The beach is not very busy either, which is one of the reasons I love this location! There is plenty of room, without having to fight for a piece of sand! Also, located across the street from the condo is Smugglers Cove Mini Golf, where you can feed alligators! The last few days of our stay, we were visited by Hurricane Hermine. The owner emailed me to make sure we were OK and safe! That to me, truly shows how wonderful they are! Also, the management company Florida Lifestyle is fantastic too!! They have wonderful customer service! When I had gone to pick up the keys, I had left my glasses in the car, so I was having a hard time trying to read our paperwork. The gentleman who was helping me, handed me his reading glasses so I could read everything! WONDERFUL!!! I can not wait to plan next years vacation! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!"
