  • Nice Condo, very nice Beach, great view from 5th floor and in great location for getting around

"Condo is renovated and generally well equipped with most everything you need for a short or long stay. Condo is tiled throughout which was perfect for cleanups and bathroom was renovated with great tiled shower. Furniture is new and comfortable and we even slept on the murphy bed a few nights so we could leave door open to here the ocean at night. Murphy bed is much more comfortable then a soda bed so this is great option for a one bedroom condo. Patio furniture was comfortable and in fact we never once ate at the condo table since we ate every meal on the patio when eating in. Condo building was clean and well maintained and with underground parking which was a bonus. Pool area was clean as was pool anytime we used it which wasn’t very often since we were on the beach most every day. Owner (Tonja) was easy to deal with and responsive to all communications before and during our stay. One and only real big issue we had with this rental was the poor internet connection. Was slower then even any dialup we have ever used so this is one upgrade that the owner should consider for the future. For Canadians with limited cell phone plans having a good internet service means allot. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay on Indian shores and at this condo and would rent again in the future if we decided to stay in this area again. • Perfect for our family of four!

"We just returned home from our fabulous week at the Algera's place! Honestly there are so many good things to say that I don't know where to start. The most important to our family was the amazing beach access. Literally steps away from the beach (our 3 year old daughter had no problem walking) this "tucked away" condo was beautifully sandwiched between the calm waterway for evening and morning views. You could hear the fish jumping and playing! The central location just off the gulf strip made it easy enough for evening drives and quick rides to restaurants or the grocery store. The amenities inside the condo were better than expected. Little details like the Wonder Wheeler to pack all the beach goodies in and chairs that suited even my very tall husband were awesome! We were able to pack up for the day and never looked back! (Unfortunately construction was going on downstairs and the condo itself was quite noisy during the daytime; of course no one knows this stuff beforehand) The beds were comfy and the linens cozy Egyptian Cotton which felt great after a sunburn. In the evenings we enjoyed the quiet and meticulously clean pool area. The kids were in heaven! In comparison to all the other beaches up and down the coast this one was the cleanest. We had several opportunities to look for shells which our kids loved. Melinda was kind and was patient with my 20 questions before our booking. My husband is already talking about when we will return. This place is a jewel and we would definitely recommend this to anyone needing some rest!"

  • Amazing time

"My family and I just returned to Indian Shores for our 2nd time at the end of June. We all had such a great time, spending all day right on the beach (steps away from the condo). Although we never wanted to leave the water at the end of the day, it was always a pleasure to head up to the condo and still be "on the beach". While the family got ready for the evening, we hung out on the balcony admiring the view and patiently waiting for our front row seats to an amazing sunset each night. Once the sun went down, we grabbed food from the Salt Rock right across the street. The kids, my wife and I enjoyed this either to go or relaxed inside just about each evening (the kids still ask to have that for dinner now). Our mornings consisted of eating breakfast at the local coffee shop just steps out our front door (maui muffin is amazing). We grabbed coffee and a bite and enjoyed it once again on our front row seats, where we saw dolphin and a manatee each morning swim by. The condo itself was immaculate and offered everything to make us comfortable (from the furniture inside and outside, there wasn't a bad seat). We are already in discussion on dates to return next year to stay again. Lyle was great and quick to respond to my many questions. Thanks Lyle for making the trip sO relaxing."
