"EXCELLENT place to stay with a group of friends. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars! Great shopping just 10 minutes away. The home was SUPER clean and the owner was VERY ACCOMODATING! Hope to visit again SOON- area was not overly crowded like Clearwater Beach- nice and relaxing! THANK YOU!!"

  • An overall very nice vacation spot

"We enjoyed our stay at this home and it met our expectations. It's and older Florida home, so it had its share of quirks, but the location and setting is great. Pros: Location on the canal and short paddle to the springs. Manatees were everywhere! Nice large lot. Lots of usable outdoor spaces with the pool, screen rooms, and yard. Kayaks available for use (canoe has a leak and unusable). Quiet neighborhood. Wifi, cable TV, games, laundry, well stocked kitchen. Cute town nearby. Cons: Older interior. Lacking in power outlets? Was clean, but still had a funky "old Florida" smell (not bad, but my wife still cleaned heavily once we got in). Had our personal kayak paddles stolen from the canal side yard."

  • 5 Star Rating

"We spent 3 months in the upstairs unit. The stay was absolutely glorious. The house was great, decorated in Florida colors, and was equipped with any necessity you would need. The bonus was the huge private deck with BBQ, hammock, and chairs! Shonn was quick to respond when we had a question. The beach is literally a half a block away and Treasure Island is a really cool place! .WOW! We loved this place! I would recommend."

  • Beautiful and relaxing condo

"Our family of 5 really enjoyed our vacation in this first floor condo! The immediate proximity of the pool and beach made our daily activities as a family with three boys a breeze. Also, being on the first floor made unpacking and re-packing the car as well as bringing in groceries simple as well- no waiting for an elevator. The small size of the building overall was wonderful. There were a couple days we practically had the pool to ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the living room area had plenty of seating. The hall bathroom is handicap-accessible, so it has a large walk in shower stall which worked out great for the ages of my kids- no one was young enough to need a tub. Having two double beds in the second bedroom made sleeping easy for a 12 year old (one bed for him), and an 8 and 5 year old (shared). The whole Redington Shores area and beach were very nice. Nothing felt crowded. There were several good restaurants nearby. The sunsets each night from this beach and condo were beautiful! Mitch was great- helpful and easy to rent from. We had no problems during our stay, but if we had I feel confident he would have helped solve them immediately. The kids and my husband and I all left feeling very happy and relaxed! We hope to be back again! Thank you Mitch!!"
