  • Great Condo on the Beach!!

"We have been coming to the area for 10 years and been lucky enough to stay at some really nice condos. This one did not disappoint. It was well equipped with everything that we could need for a relaxing week. The space was more than enough for a 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The master bedroom has a walkout to the balcony a huge closet that we converted to a kids room with the air mattress provided. The pool area has tons of chairs and space for barbecuing while enjoying the sunsets overlooking our favourite beach. Close to all ameneties and away from noisy spring breakers. Dr. Rojek was super to deal with through the whole process. I would recommend to anyone."

  • Peaceful holiday on The Gulf

"This is our fourth stay at West Coast Vista, my husband reviewed the condo after our first visit and I'm happy to say that the high standard set is still being maintained. The condo is located in a quiet block facing the Gulf, there is a designated shady parking space allocated. Inside it is well decorated and furnished, linens and towels are of good quality (plenty of extra towels in vanity unit) and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pans and utensils. However, it is the situation of this property that wins hands down, there is nothing quite like sitting on the balcony with breakfast or a cocktail and watching dolphins swim by or pelicans soaring above. The pool below is heated and has good sun loungers, then a few more steps and you are straight onto the sand. Bliss! There are many restaurants within walking or short driving distance. Publix supermarket is 5 minutes away in the car. We recommend a trip to Honeymoon Island State Park to see Osprey, Spoonbill and even a Bald Eagle. Follow this with a visit to nearby Dunedin. Of course The Dali Museum in St Petersburg is always worth a visit and after you could catch the ferry across the bay to Tampa. As Arnie said "we'll be back!""

  • Heaven on earth

"My husband and I stayed in the Apartment 3 during the July 4th week. Having never been to this part of FL (always go to PCB) this area was a pleasant surprise. Apartment 3 is clean, comfortable and relaxing. It had what we needed and was perfect for the two of us. Bruce was very accommodating and easy to reach and work with. The beach is uncrowded and quiet which is very nice!! Although we didn't cook, the kitchen did have all of the things I would need if I had cooked. I loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were offered for our use, and very nice ones at that. My husband and I enjoyed a very good pizza at Slyce which is in walking distance, good seafood at The Pub, also in walking distance, however, if you eat outside beware of the seagulls who will give you little gifts. :) We also drove to Clearwater and ate at Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill and ate on the deck facing the beach. Silas Steakhouse and The Hut in St Pete were also good eats. I hated to leave, but reality calls. l will definitely come back to this little slice of heaven on earth and contact Bruce!!"
