"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Indian Shores, sunny and low 90’s weather. The condo has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and intracoastal waterway. It’s well appointed inside and will have anything you’ll need for staying in or playing on the beach. The only thing we needed to bring were our cloths and food/snacks. If you have a boat, you’ll be able to dock it on the intracoastal 50’ from the condo. If you don't have a boat bring the fishing rods. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area: Keegan’s Seafood Grill, Tropical Ice Cream, Sweet Sage Café and Lisa’s Cafe. Activities: walking on the peaceful beach listening to the surf and kayaking in Fort De Soto state park about a 30-minute ride away. When we went kayaking there were two manatees very cool. The best part of the beach very few tourist, peace and quiet. The only negatives about the condo: we wished the slider to the private deck had a screen so we could leave the door open to listen to the surf and the master bedroom is located near Gulf Blvd so there is some road noise. Overall we would give the condo and location a 9 out of 10. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Bill!!!"

  • Beautiful house, close to the beach.

"Wonderful time with family and house and big open spaces to play games at night. The deck was amazing to watch sunsets on nightly."

  • Perfect relaxing vacatition!

"We rented villas 1 & 2 for our family of five adults, which was perfect for us! This is a small complex and we personally felt like we had it all to ourselves! The units are very clean and everything appears to be new. The pullout couch in villa 2 in an air mattress which blows up nicely and is just as comfortable as a bed. I would suggest this mattress in every pullout couch! There is a nice walkout covered patio from both units where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast in our pjs! We would then enjoy a long mid-morning walk on the beach to return for the afternoon in the heated pool. There is a solar cover on a reel for the pool which we used every day to keep the pool warm during the cool nights. It is very simple to use! My father has limited mobility and the parking was just a few steps from our door. We did suggest a grab rail in the shower for the lower unit which the owner was very receptive to. The cleaning person sent me the code for check in right on time and messaged me about 30 min after our flight arrival to see if everything was okay in the unit. The owner also checked in to see if all was okay. When I mentioned a couple minor things that didn't need immediately addressed (just a little static on the tv in villa 2 that we weren't using anyway) she had maintenance on site within 30 minutes! Wow! Quite impressive! For the week we were there, we rarely saw anyone else aero undo the pool and we were the only ones in the pool! The sunsets are beautiful and the beaches in this area are never packed! Indian Shores is one of my favorite places to stay in this area and in the 15 years I've been coming to the area, I've always felt very safe. If you are traveling with older people with difficulty walking villa 1/2 would be perfect as there are no steps into the unit or out to the covered patio a only two steps to pool. There are stairwells for villa 3/4/5. Closet space in Villa 1 is limited so a few hooks on the wall may be a nice addition for jackets during the cooler winter months. These is a farmers market on Sunday's directly across the street and we found delicious strawberries, tomatoes, and a melon! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Liz for everything! You were absolutely great to work with and checking in with us showed how much you care that your guests are well taken care of! If you are looking for shops and or jet ski/boat rental or tours be sure to visit John's Pass just a few miles away!"
