  • Best Place To Stay On Beach

"This review is for Unit 413N. This was our second (and best) stay at Sunset Vistas. We brought our two daughters and had a truly wonderful stay-cation (we're locals) - we literally couldn't have asked for anything more and can't recommend this enough to anyone planning a visit to Treasure Island. The owner and staff onsite could not have been more helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating - whether it was in person or via email, we had all the information about the facilities and local area conveniently at our fingertips, along with anything else we needed. The view was truly breathtaking (especially the sunsets) and the condo was very comfortable and had every amenity you could possibly want. It definitely did feel like home away from home. I can't imagine why anyone would ever consider a hotel or another property when something like this is available - it is, without question, superior on any and every level. We enjoyed sampling the local restaurants after laying out by the pool or on the beach all day. The weather was particularly perfect for this time of year. Suffice it to say, we'll be coming back as often as we can."

  • Great Condo!

"We had a wonderful time in Unit #509! The condo was perfect for our family with 2 boys ages 10 and 12. The view of the beautiful sunsets was amazing! We had intended to spend our week exploring the area, but ended up spending all of our time on the beach instead, with a few side trips to John's Pass for ice cream and souvenir shopping. The condo was stocked with everything: beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, all appliances, dishes, etc. We ate in most of the time and loved the BBQ downstairs. Thank you Marsha and Gene for everything!"

  • Great condo and vacation

"We had never been to Madeira Beach so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We chose this area because it was near Tampa. This area is great for a quiet vacation. It is close to Tampa and St. Pete. The condo was nice. There was a little confusion about our arrival time but a call to the owner was all it took to get the room clean and ready for our first night. Johns Pass is directly across the street and the beach is just pass the parking garage. I never quite figured out the logic of the parking garage as far as how the spots were numbered, but was glad to have a reserved spot every day. My biggest complaint was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. When researching so many condo choices I neglected to check that out better. It would have been nice to have a change machine by the washer & dryer (just down the hall from the unit), but the office was always ready to make change for me. The condo was nice with 2 full baths, a nice kitchen and dining area as well as deck. Wish the couch made into a bed. Other than that - great unit."

  • Beautiful Beach Getaway

"This place feels like home. It was clean and it provided a wonderful family environment that lets you have the WHOLE family, fur babies included. With a complete kitchen and laundry facility, you don't have to leave the condo and beach unless you choose. There is a beautiful beach view from part of the back balcony it is amazing. If you don't want to be surround by hundreds of people this is the perfect place. The beach had probably twenty families at any given time within a half-mile span. It was perfect!!!! Also, there are lots of things to do within a short drive as well. Good places to eat & drink, mini-golf, and surf shops. (Jimmy Iguana's **Go there at sunset**, the Palm Pavilion both at Clearwater Beach, along with Crabby Bills headed down towards Indian Rocks Beach) We rented stand up paddle boards and the whole family had fun. We had teenagers to our grandparents who are in their seventies, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was wonderful and the owner was extremely wonderful to work with from the time we booked through the entire stay!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!!"
