  • Great place for a couple!

"My wife and I srated here for her 30th birthday. It is a very clean condo just across the street from the a beach access. The AC blows cold for the limited time we spent inside the unit. There was a nice flat screen although we never once watched TV while we were here. The weather was amazing and the beach is beautiful. This condo is the perfect size for a couple looking for a romantic get away. We can't wait to go back!"

"Nice unit with everything needed to be at home. Location is great as well, with in walking distance to beach and restaurants."

  • April 2017 Stay

"Wonderful stay!!! We were very happy with condo # 413 and we would stay here again. We had plenty of space inside and out, it was clean and had the best gulf view and sunsets. The location to John's Pass was perfect for the whole family (kids ages 10 and 15). The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs and some toys in the closet, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Tips: Paper towels, dish and laundry soap were not provided. The elevator was slow and keeping track of they keys for the elevator, pool/beach gate and condo door was a pain but we understood for security reasons. Thank you for a great stay!!"

  • Great Location! Nice Condo!

"We just got back from our trip yesterday. This condo is clean and everything is new and in wonderful shape. The location to John's Pass cannot be any better... you can walk to everything including shops and jet ski rentals, etc! Parking is under the building and covered. The property is clean and the pool fantastic! My only complaints are that the mattresses are all hard. If you like firm then they will be perfect for you unfortunately my husband is the only one that likes firm. My back hurt after 3 days on the queen, the king was a little softer. Kids complained about the twins. Also the mattress covers make you feel and sounds like every turn you make you are on your grandmother's plastic covered couch. Please seriously consider room darkening drapes in the Master Bdrm. At night, it lights up the room from outside building lights and in the morning the reflection from the building next door reflects the sun. We had a BAD lightening storm one night and it lit up the room like a Christmas Tree. The second bedroom was dark(kids loved that) and the drapes in the living room darkened the living/kitchen area, inadequate for the Master bedroom. The washer and dryer are in the outside hall. Make sure you bring a roll of quarters as it takes $1.50 a load for each the washer and dryer and there is no way to get change unless you go across the street to John's Pass to the change machine in the parking lot. Even with the things I was not thrilled with, we had a great vacation and would consider this rental again if the mattresses are different."
