  • Could not have been better--will definetely return!!

"The unit was lovely and well cared for. Felt very homey, and our kids loved fishing off the dock every evening. The boat ride was a-ma-zing! We saw dolphins, tarpon, and a manatee (up close!), and plenty of fish, dolphins, and various birds in the channel every day. The location is perfect--2 minutes down the causeway to Honeymoon, and within a few minutes of Tarpon Springs or Clearwater (but Honeymoon Island is the best beach--no need to go into Clearwater if you don't want!) You absolutely cannot beat the accommodations or rate; do not hesitate to book immediately. John and Shelia are a lovely couple, very friendly and accommodating. Really, everything was 110% perfect, and we will absolutely book again. Thank you!"

  • Peace of heaven on earth!!

"We just left the cottage and I can't tell you enough what a great time we had! First the house was literally steps away from the beach... The view is beautiful and the beach is the best beach I have ever been to..warm and calm perfect for kids to play freely which was definitely the best part for us! The pool is a good size and had jets which was a great plus! The house itself was clean and i would say that it was even better then the pictures, it was the perfect size for our family and with everything in hand made our stay so much easier! The owner Cindy was always a call away if we needed and she was always super nice and helpful! We are absolutely coming back soon since our kids didn't want to leave!"

  • Comfortable stay

"We were a small golf group looking for a central place to stay as every day was booked solid with golf. There were pro's and con's with this property, first as known Spring Hill is not a vacation spot but the house was in a very central location within easy access to anything one could want. It was in one of the better areas of Spring Hill and a quiet neighborhood. The house had anything one could want as far as utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. lacking nothing. It also had plenty of linens comfortable beds, and ample seating. On the con side it appeared that the front door was recently broken into and I had to make a temporary fix to even close it with the door knob, a bit of an uneasy feeling upon arrival. The house is alarmed and the front door had a deadbolt to secure it. The other con was the pool, the water was not clear and you could not see the bottom which made everyone feel uneasy about using it. The pump ran continually and something was not right with the whole set up. We were not needing to use the pool as it was a bit chilly during our stay but it would need to be corrected to use without fear of funny water. Overall the stay was fine and with a small bit of attention it would be fine for anyone wanting that central home base for a visit to Florida."
