  • Great condo and vacation

"We had never been to Madeira Beach so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We chose this area because it was near Tampa. This area is great for a quiet vacation. It is close to Tampa and St. Pete. The condo was nice. There was a little confusion about our arrival time but a call to the owner was all it took to get the room clean and ready for our first night. Johns Pass is directly across the street and the beach is just pass the parking garage. I never quite figured out the logic of the parking garage as far as how the spots were numbered, but was glad to have a reserved spot every day. My biggest complaint was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. When researching so many condo choices I neglected to check that out better. It would have been nice to have a change machine by the washer & dryer (just down the hall from the unit), but the office was always ready to make change for me. The condo was nice with 2 full baths, a nice kitchen and dining area as well as deck. Wish the couch made into a bed. Other than that - great unit."

  • Two Thumbs Up!

"This is our 13th year visiting Madeira Beach and our 7th staying in Villa Madeira. This unit is, by far, one of the nicest that we've rented. Aside from it being a corner unit with breathtaking views, there wasn't one thing we were lacking. Plenty of towels/linens, beach chairs/toys, a cooler (on wheels) which we usually end up having to buy, brand new washer and dryer, as well as being updated and CLEAN! Our kids are 14 & 16 so it's the perfect location if they want to walk across the street to the Candy Kitchen for ice cream or down to John's Pass for lunch or shopping. Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf is just down the street as well. Working with Gid and the unit he has to offer definitely get two thumbs up!"

  • Wonderful vacation property

"We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The condo was clean, roomy and right on the beach. Kitchen appliances were almost new, bright clean bathrooms, and a washer and dryer right in condo. There were just a few items which would have made the resort perfect. Blanket on king master bed was for a full and is torn and dirty. It needs to be replaced. 'There were no kitchen linens. Lighting in living room and bedrooms was very dim at night. Lightbulbs need to be replaced with higher wattage. TV remote did not always work. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. Weather was beautiful and there were lots of places to eat with John's Pass Village and Boardwalk just one mile away."

  • Loved the place!

"We recently stayed in this condo and it was beautiful. The views of the Gult are unbelievable with the beautiful sunsets, an open site, no obstructions. The sand is all cleared in front of the condo, many other resorts have seagrass you have to walk through to get to the water. All the regulars (people there for the winter I assume) were very friendly and gather by the pool daily. The pool is heated to a very warm 84 degrees or so, wasnt too hot. I would definitely definitely stay in this exact unit again wont be disappointed!!..we loved how close it was to Johns Pass which we walked to daily, a little less than a mile away. Parking is pricey so you may want to walk if you are able to. There is a grocery store approx one mile away as well."
