  • Wonderful place

"My family and I spent a fabulous week at this property. The owners and rental team were great to communicate with. The property is amazing, I would highly recommend you stay here at Lands End. We fell in love with the area and the grounds were wonderful. So much to do and so many places to go, we are returning next year to stay in same condo. To sum it up our experience was wonderful and we could not have asked for better owners or a better place to stay."

  • Quiet, private unit in an ideal location with clean and spacious accommodations!

"We just spent a week in unit # 105 of Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach, FL, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our visit to the Tampa - St. Pete beachfront communities. The Seaview staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is located directly on Gulf Blvd in the heart of the relatively quiet, family-friendly community of Madeira Beach within walking distance of many amenities; including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In short, the unit's Madeira Beach location provides all of the beauty and attraction of the pristine, sugar sand Florida gulf beaches without the crowds and hectic nature of the more popular Clearwater Beach. The unit's first floor, corner location, as other's have pointed out, provides the unit with a uniquely spacious patio that is the envy of the building and affords an up close view of the beach which when combined with the Seaview complex's amenities to make this unit truly special. Its location near both the stairs and the elevator affords quick and easy access to the ground floor; including the office, the pool, private, reserved parking, and miles of beautiful beaches at your doorstep. While the unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked, the unit's rooms and bathroom fixtures could use a new coat of paint and the living room furniture, while abundant and functional, is somewhat dated and nearing the end of its useful life. The kitchen was updated, well stocked and perfect for eating in or entertaining. The laundry room was likewise very nice and quite handy. In short, while the unit is not necessarily as modern and freshly remodeled as some of its peers, it more than met our needs and is well worth your consideration. The unit is an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bath unit and could very easily accommodate a family with young or teen-aged children and while it exceeded our needs as a middle-aged couple without children, the extra room was very nice to have available. In closing, its location is ideal for those that value privacy, beachfront access, and quiet evenings away from the maddening crowds of Clearwater Beach. We recommend this unit and the entire Seaview Condominium complex wholeheartedly."

  • Wonderful place for a family celebration on the beach.

"We used Tommy's to our family together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect, laid back and right on the beach. The owners, Tom & Jan Bowers, are very congenial and work with their guests to insure that your time at their vacation rental is as perfect as possible. For us, it helped that the weather was near perfect too. We certainly plan to come back again."

  • Ideal location with great amenities.

"A quaint condo for the real beach lover out there and perfect romantic get-a-way or individual place to relax. If a broken tile or two on the balcony concerns you, perhaps you need more than 'beach therapy'. Easily one of the best, most secluded spots on the beach. Everything you'll ever need is easily accessible, including beautiful, relaxing sunsets and a 10-minute walks from all the prime spots on Treasure Island. We enjoyed fun, live music at Sea Hags Bar and Grill, local craft beer at Mastry's Brewing Co. and several trips to the popular John's Pass. There's a Publix within walking distance and your kitchen is very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The owner Diane is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!"
