  • Great Christmas Vacation!

"We had a great stay in this condo. Clean, nice upgrades and comfortable. Just bring your bathing suit. Beach closet is packed and has plenty of beach towels. Owners were super easy to work with, from booking to checking out. Flawless. The location is perfect and near a Publix that has an Instcart option."

  • Fabulous stay in this great find!

"Updated unit in exclusive Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Excellent amenities includes 3 tvs, 2 lanais with views, 3 beds (can sleep 6!), laundry, two bathrooms, dishwasher and everything you could hope for within walking distance to the intercostal and the beach! Would recommend to anyone. Lots of restaurants within walking distance with grocery, liquor stores across the walk."

  • Great place

"The condo was great. It was fully equipped and within walking distance of John's Pass. The pool was awesome. We met many nice and friendly people there who provided us with great dining recommendations. I enjoyed watching the sunrise over St. Petersburg from our balcony every morning. Although you can see the gulf from the balcony, you had to go to the beach to see the sundowns over the gulf. They were fantastic. We had a great week. I would definitely recommend staying in Madeira Norte, particularly 507. The owner was very responsive and helpful. One note of caution at John's Pass, they have boxes to pay for your parking. I didn't see the box and didn't buy a window ticket. It wasn't 8 minutes and I received a $25 parking ticket and it cost an additional $3.50 to process the fine payment. I was not amused. We had parked in the same lot the night before without getting a ticket."
