  • Perfect Beach House

"The beach house was perfect! Very clean, great floor plan. Pool was just a step outside the family room sliding door, it was large enough to enjoy, very clean and refreshing. There is everything you could possibly want or need there. All kinds of floats, rafts, noodles, coolers, snorkel equipment, towels, fishing poles and equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, you name it they got it. Also plenty of kids toys, life vest for little ones, portable crib, again you name it. Great view of the ocean from inside the family room window, there is a small table there where we ate breakfast. 50 yard walk and your toes are in the ocean! Great location, you can walk over to John Pass Village where there are several restaurants, places to shop, fishing pier, boat rentals, jet skis rentals. We had the opportunity to meet Jack and Betsy (the owners), very very nice folks. Betsy was there for the week and on the chance we saw her she always ask how was the accommodations and if there was anything we needed. The rental process was very easy, checking in was a brezze. Overall great week, perfect beach house."

  • Quiet, private unit in an ideal location with clean and spacious accommodations!

"We just spent a week in unit # 105 of Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach, FL, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our visit to the Tampa - St. Pete beachfront communities. The Seaview staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is located directly on Gulf Blvd in the heart of the relatively quiet, family-friendly community of Madeira Beach within walking distance of many amenities; including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In short, the unit's Madeira Beach location provides all of the beauty and attraction of the pristine, sugar sand Florida gulf beaches without the crowds and hectic nature of the more popular Clearwater Beach. The unit's first floor, corner location, as other's have pointed out, provides the unit with a uniquely spacious patio that is the envy of the building and affords an up close view of the beach which when combined with the Seaview complex's amenities to make this unit truly special. Its location near both the stairs and the elevator affords quick and easy access to the ground floor; including the office, the pool, private, reserved parking, and miles of beautiful beaches at your doorstep. While the unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked, the unit's rooms and bathroom fixtures could use a new coat of paint and the living room furniture, while abundant and functional, is somewhat dated and nearing the end of its useful life. The kitchen was updated, well stocked and perfect for eating in or entertaining. The laundry room was likewise very nice and quite handy. In short, while the unit is not necessarily as modern and freshly remodeled as some of its peers, it more than met our needs and is well worth your consideration. The unit is an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bath unit and could very easily accommodate a family with young or teen-aged children and while it exceeded our needs as a middle-aged couple without children, the extra room was very nice to have available. In closing, its location is ideal for those that value privacy, beachfront access, and quiet evenings away from the maddening crowds of Clearwater Beach. We recommend this unit and the entire Seaview Condominium complex wholeheartedly."

  • Wonderful property in lovely Mad Beach!

"This condo is a gem! Situated steps from fishing or the beach it was completely ideal for our vacation. The kitchen is well appointed and even had some spices available along with oil and coffee. We pared down our shopping list substantially after checking out what was already in the cupboards. More than enough linens, towels, extra pillows, and a large washer and dryer to keep up with the beach clothes:) The screened patio was a blessing on the still nights when the mosquitoes became ravenous. All said, it's a great little place to spend a fantastic vacation and the owners are absolutely fabulous! Thanks again Sharie and Bill, we hope to stay again soon!"

  • Great Madiera Beachfront Condo- rate as 4.5 out of 5.0

"This condo is in a very nice complex with a high owner occupancy, making it more peaceful than most. The condo's deck has table and chairs, providing a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views, even at mealtime. It has a great heated pool, hot tub, covered parking, and secured by keyed gates and doors. The owners are very generous with free internet, plush towels, nice kitchen wares, etc., and beach towels, chairs, etc. The complex and the individual owner show great pride and a high level of maintenance of this condo and the facilities. The beach is fantastic and not very crowded immediately in front of the condo . The only negative that precluded 5 stars rather than what we would grade 4.5, is the street noise experience in the second bedroom. While in the living room and master bedroom the sound of the waves drown out most street noise, the second bedroom might require a white noise machine or earplugs for a peaceful night sleep."
