  • Ideal location with great amenities.

"A quaint condo for the real beach lover out there and perfect romantic get-a-way or individual place to relax. If a broken tile or two on the balcony concerns you, perhaps you need more than 'beach therapy'. Easily one of the best, most secluded spots on the beach. Everything you'll ever need is easily accessible, including beautiful, relaxing sunsets and a 10-minute walks from all the prime spots on Treasure Island. We enjoyed fun, live music at Sea Hags Bar and Grill, local craft beer at Mastry's Brewing Co. and several trips to the popular John's Pass. There's a Publix within walking distance and your kitchen is very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The owner Diane is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!"

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"My husband, adult daughter, and I visited Redington Shores the week of May 14, 2016. We arrived around dusk and got to see the most spectacular sunset ever from the beautiful condo. The condo is right on the beach, gulf-front, and has a relaxing but upscale feel to it. The unit was clean and well maintained, and every amenity we wanted was available to us, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, even soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent (for the in-unit washer and dryer), miscellaneous kitchen items, and coffee and filters. (Those things haven't always been available at other places I have rented.) There was plenty of comfortable seating for TV-watching on the big screen TV, which is important to me, and the king-size bed I slept in was very comfortable. There were games, books, and DVDs available, too. The wifi had a good signal and was easy to use. The beach seemed like a private beach, with few people on it, and the water was warm and clear. The heated pool provided quiet relaxation, too. It was nice to have a code entry system on the unit, so it wasn't necessary to have keys. This was one of my best beach rental experiences. Dealing with Jan to set up the arrangements was easy and informative--call her!"

  • Fabulous Condo!

"My husband and I were looking for R&R and we found it. The condo itself is beautifully appointed with every amenity you could want and anything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great views from all three balconies, easy access to the elevator and even a reserved parking space underneath out of the sun. Tom has thought to provide everything from beach chairs and an umbrella to every utensil you could possibly need in the kitchen - all the comforts of home with a beach view! We had one minor issue with the TV but I sent Tom a message and within just a few minutes he had us on the phone with the cable company and it was taken care of - great service! One of the best things was the informational notebook waiting for us on the dining table - told us everything we could need to know about the condo as well as great recommendations on restaurants and fun things to do in the area - very helpful! Tom was great to deal with and so nice - we look forward to returning for another visit!"
