  • Quiet, private unit in an ideal location with clean and spacious accommodations!

"We just spent a week in unit # 105 of Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach, FL, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our visit to the Tampa - St. Pete beachfront communities. The Seaview staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is located directly on Gulf Blvd in the heart of the relatively quiet, family-friendly community of Madeira Beach within walking distance of many amenities; including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In short, the unit's Madeira Beach location provides all of the beauty and attraction of the pristine, sugar sand Florida gulf beaches without the crowds and hectic nature of the more popular Clearwater Beach. The unit's first floor, corner location, as other's have pointed out, provides the unit with a uniquely spacious patio that is the envy of the building and affords an up close view of the beach which when combined with the Seaview complex's amenities to make this unit truly special. Its location near both the stairs and the elevator affords quick and easy access to the ground floor; including the office, the pool, private, reserved parking, and miles of beautiful beaches at your doorstep. While the unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked, the unit's rooms and bathroom fixtures could use a new coat of paint and the living room furniture, while abundant and functional, is somewhat dated and nearing the end of its useful life. The kitchen was updated, well stocked and perfect for eating in or entertaining. The laundry room was likewise very nice and quite handy. In short, while the unit is not necessarily as modern and freshly remodeled as some of its peers, it more than met our needs and is well worth your consideration. The unit is an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bath unit and could very easily accommodate a family with young or teen-aged children and while it exceeded our needs as a middle-aged couple without children, the extra room was very nice to have available. In closing, its location is ideal for those that value privacy, beachfront access, and quiet evenings away from the maddening crowds of Clearwater Beach. We recommend this unit and the entire Seaview Condominium complex wholeheartedly."

  • What a view!!

"Very nice clean place. Mark was great to work with. This place had everything you will need including beach chairs, floats, and umbrella, could use a small cooler though. The condo had all the supplies you need for cooking. My daughter and I spent six nights here and were very happy with the place. It's right on beach with a great view from the large deck. The end unit was good, lots of light and views because of all the windows. Nice pool, even though we didn't use it because the beach was so nice. Drove to Clearwater pier for dinner and the sunset. Ate at Palm Pavillion, the food was good, right on the beach with lots of outdoor seating. Spent an evening walking around the Johns pass Boardwalk and village shops. We will definitely return. • Wonderful property in lovely Mad Beach!

"This condo is a gem! Situated steps from fishing or the beach it was completely ideal for our vacation. The kitchen is well appointed and even had some spices available along with oil and coffee. We pared down our shopping list substantially after checking out what was already in the cupboards. More than enough linens, towels, extra pillows, and a large washer and dryer to keep up with the beach clothes:) The screened patio was a blessing on the still nights when the mosquitoes became ravenous. All said, it's a great little place to spend a fantastic vacation and the owners are absolutely fabulous! Thanks again Sharie and Bill, we hope to stay again soon!"
