  • Great Madiera Beachfront Condo- rate as 4.5 out of 5.0

"This condo is in a very nice complex with a high owner occupancy, making it more peaceful than most. The condo's deck has table and chairs, providing a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views, even at mealtime. It has a great heated pool, hot tub, covered parking, and secured by keyed gates and doors. The owners are very generous with free internet, plush towels, nice kitchen wares, etc., and beach towels, chairs, etc. The complex and the individual owner show great pride and a high level of maintenance of this condo and the facilities. The beach is fantastic and not very crowded immediately in front of the condo . The only negative that precluded 5 stars rather than what we would grade 4.5, is the street noise experience in the second bedroom. While in the living room and master bedroom the sound of the waves drown out most street noise, the second bedroom might require a white noise machine or earplugs for a peaceful night sleep."

  • What a view!!

"Very nice clean place. Mark was great to work with. This place had everything you will need including beach chairs, floats, and umbrella, could use a small cooler though. The condo had all the supplies you need for cooking. My daughter and I spent six nights here and were very happy with the place. It's right on beach with a great view from the large deck. The end unit was good, lots of light and views because of all the windows. Nice pool, even though we didn't use it because the beach was so nice. Drove to Clearwater pier for dinner and the sunset. Ate at Palm Pavillion, the food was good, right on the beach with lots of outdoor seating. Spent an evening walking around the Johns pass Boardwalk and village shops. We will definitely return. • Another great vacation at Seaview Condiminium!

"This was our 2nd year staying in #505. We were met at check-in by Alison, who made sure the condo was to our liking and answer any questions we had. We love the location and that we have access to the pool and the beach. The building is very family friendly and we met lots of nice people. The condo is clean and has a lot of littles extras that made our stay very enjoyable! We have already rented it for next year and look forward to our family vacation."

  • Fabulous views over a beautiful beach

"The apartment has the most wonderful views from the sitting room and master bedroom. The terrace is great. The bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfy AND massive. The pool and seating areas are kept immaculately clean. The well maintained beach is gorgeous with soft sand and the sea is beautiful to swim in. The apartment is well situated for using the tram to John's Pass and beyond. There are supermarkets and bars/restaurants nearby. The ones opposite have a basic menu but are good value for money and have great staff. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful, particularly Jeff, who works so hard. It was easy to get around and we went out on a few trips eg dolphin watching, ten pin bowling, and to the cinema (love the reclining seats!). In the high heat and humidity of July it was difficult for us Brits to use the outside space as much as we would have liked (!)and the air conditioning was great in the living space but wasn't able to keep the bedrooms cool enough at night for comfort. The pool was coolest in the morning and quietest around 5pm. When the pool was busy it was rather full of lilos which wasn't always the best and you had to keep your wits about you if ball games were being played! There were some rather loud families staying at the same time as us who were taking their vacation very seriously beer wise but were fun to watch! The thunderstorms were dramatic and were great to watch from the terrace. A few minor improvements would make this place perfect: - better air con - more space in the kitchen for storing groceries as there was only one empty cupboard up high which was a challenge for anyone short (like me!) - a tin opener that works! - earlier pool opening as it doesn't open till 10 and we are early risers and love to swim in the cool of the morning, although we did swim in the sea at 8 am every day which was lovely - instructions on how all the equipment works eg cooker, dishwasher as it was unfamiliar to us, although we did work stuff out - some glass wine glasses rather than just plastic ones, we did try to find some to use and then donate but there were none at the Publixs we visited. But we had a relaxing week after the frantic activity of Orlando, thank you."
