"We couldn't have picked a better place to have our family vacation! Everyone had a lovely time. The room was perfect for our little family and we felt so at home in it. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create new memories we will cherish for years to come! We hope to be back in the future."

  • Perfect accommodations for relaxing and enjoying the beach

"Perfect for 2 couples or family. Condo is on the 6th floor with great views. It is an easy walk across the street to the beach. We were afraid that it might be crazy over spring break but this location attracts an older/family crowd. Everyone was very friendly. Pool & hot tub were relaxing, There is a faucet in the pool area to wash off the sand from the beach. Lots of choices for dining and shopping. Mad Beach Fish House is right next to the condo but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat there. There is live music outside twice/day within the next block. St. John's Pass Village & Boardwalk are a short walk away. The area has lots of little shops-leather, jewelry, gift items, t-shirts, etc. There are numerous places to eat-seafood, burgers, Irish fare, ice-cream, etc. We also took a short drive to Treasure Island & St. Pete's Beach. Each area has it's own special appeal. Ate at Sloppy Joes in Treasure Island-(awesome) In Madeira Beach we tried Bubba Gumps (good), Sculley's(average), Mad Beach Craft Brewing(enjoyed atmosphere, food & drinks). The condo has a washer/dryer but we weren't there long enough to need it. The beach was wonderful. It was not crowded. Fun to walk the beach looking for shells, saw dolphins, watched fishermen, parasailers and jet skiers. The sunsets are phenomenal! The condo is equiped with kitchen items for cooking meals, beds are comfortable, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a window and attached bathroom. The other bedroom is smaller and doesn't have a window. The bathroom is not attached. The small balcony-sitting area has 4 chairs and 2 small tables-it was the perfect size for us. We flew into St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport and the drive was approximately 30 minutes. There are grocery stores within a short driving distance of the condo. Parking is conveniently located on the ground floor of the complex. We were only able to stay 4 nights but we loved every minute."
