  • Incredible Home!

"We just completed our vacation at this beautiful home and I could not have been happier with the experience!! I was first drawn in by the photos of the open floor plan and expansive screened in lanai; the pictures did not do this house justice. Huge kitchen-open floor plan-large comfy bedrooms. Our 8 year old twins especially loved the loft in their bedroom. We brought our 23' boat and were quickly fishing in the Gulf of Mexico daily. The pool and outside TV kept the kids entertained and we all enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Added bonus-bathroom access from the pool/spa area. We went to the private beach at the end of the neighborhood for swimming and were greeted by a baby manatee sighting! We saw dolphins daily and even a sea turtle! I had questions about boat launches and the area in general and Brent was very quick to respond. Thank you to Brent and his family for sharing this wonderful home with us. We can't wait to come back again!"

  • Great family vacation

"My family and I loved this place. We do not like commercialized locations and seek something a little different. This property was ideal for us. The inclusion of the pontoon boat was a big plus! The property is exactly as described in a nice little neighborhood that is very low key and quiet. It is not far from the main highway which has a lot of eating choices and a Publix. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed to cook and grill. The house has plenty of towels, blankets and extras linens. It was nice to have the crab traps, bikes and washer/dryer. The property manager is great to work with and very informative. The owner was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The pool and boat were great additions to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed both. The private beach is nice, but not really like being on the "beach" or ocean. It is more like a bay in my opinion. My family largely preferred the sandbar located a few miles out in the Gulf. It was absolutely gorgeous in the middle of the ocean. It is really like your own private island with amazing shells. We saw dolphins most days that we went as well. The water is very clear and calm at the sandbar and only about waist deep for a long ways out. The Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens and Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of Winter from the movie Dolphin Tale) are all close and we enjoyed visiting all of these places.Tarpon Springs is just up the road and is a must see. Very neat Greek atmosphere, lots of little shops and the sponge docks were very interesting. We ate at Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs and it was delicious. We would definitely go back to this property and I would recommend this property to any family looking to get off the beaten path. The Baggett Family Tennessee"

  • Wonderful mini-vacation

"Nice vacation home! We were there (6 of us in total) for a long weekend Mid-August. The house is nice, location is good (Publix is not far from the house). It was very relaxing lounging at the pool and watching the boats go by and manatees swimming around."
