  • Great family vacation!

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean and the layout was fantastic. I loved having two separate sitting areas and an open layout. My 8 year old son had a blast fishing from the dock. The pool was fantastic and it was so cool to be able to see the canal from the pool. The dock is fantastic and the outdoor furniture was just amazing. The owner was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this house. It has been beautifully remodeled. I have to admit the shower was my absolute favorite thing. The house in itself is a vacation. The sunsets from the dock or pool were phenomenal. Oh and make sure to go to Tarpon Springs. The sponge history is fascinating and Rusty Bellies is a must for waterfront dining!"

  • Super Property

"We just spent a month in Gulf Harbours and can not say enough positive things about this property, the location and our hosts. We used the private beach every day. My husband ran daily and I rode one of the bikes provided. Both bikes are in great working order and this area is prefect riding, running or just going for a walk. The house itself is everything promised. The town of New Port Richey is charming and quaint. I would definitely rent this property when we go back to Florida and I can highly recommend it."

  • Very spacious and nice.

"We had a wonderful time at the house. To our surprise, there was everything needed in the kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes. Also, plenty of linens in the closet. Even had towels to use by the pool. The washer and dryer were used daily. Sometimes, multiple times per day. We didn't come home with very many dirty clothes. Beautiful pool and it was totally enclosed, which is great for opening the doors and letting the breezes flow without worrying or being annoyed by bugs. Loved it!!!"

  • Great family vacation

"My family and I loved this place. We do not like commercialized locations and seek something a little different. This property was ideal for us. The inclusion of the pontoon boat was a big plus! The property is exactly as described in a nice little neighborhood that is very low key and quiet. It is not far from the main highway which has a lot of eating choices and a Publix. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed to cook and grill. The house has plenty of towels, blankets and extras linens. It was nice to have the crab traps, bikes and washer/dryer. The property manager is great to work with and very informative. The owner was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The pool and boat were great additions to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed both. The private beach is nice, but not really like being on the "beach" or ocean. It is more like a bay in my opinion. My family largely preferred the sandbar located a few miles out in the Gulf. It was absolutely gorgeous in the middle of the ocean. It is really like your own private island with amazing shells. We saw dolphins most days that we went as well. The water is very clear and calm at the sandbar and only about waist deep for a long ways out. The Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens and Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of Winter from the movie Dolphin Tale) are all close and we enjoyed visiting all of these places.Tarpon Springs is just up the road and is a must see. Very neat Greek atmosphere, lots of little shops and the sponge docks were very interesting. We ate at Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs and it was delicious. We would definitely go back to this property and I would recommend this property to any family looking to get off the beaten path. The Baggett Family Tennessee"
