  • 2016 Vacation w/the Family

"My husband and I and our 2 teenagers made our second family vacation to the Clearwater/Indian Shores area. The condo was very nice and gave us much more room than the hotel from the year before. The place was clean and comfortable. It included everything we needed for the week. The Sea Shell complex was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed fishing from the dock on the intercoastal and just a short walk across the street put us right on the beach. Restaurants were close and made it a simple choice for dinner in the evenings. We also spent a fun day on a charter fishing trip with Bass N Bay's Capt. Brady. He is the best. Definitely recommend him for a half day of fishing near Bradenton. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I'm sure we will be back to visit soon."

  • Perfect Beach Home!

"This house is gorgeous! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation so you don't have to eat out every day. We loved having the washer and dryer too so we were able to keep up on our laundry. There is a shed in the back filled with beach chairs and floats, as well as an area to rinse off all of the sand. The locals in this area are so kind and welcoming. We got married on Sunset Beach which is just steps down the road, and several people walked up after the ceremony to congratulate us. There are a couple of places to eat/drink within walking distance. Great location with things to do in any direction you travel. The neighbor works for Adventure Island Sports (I believe that's the name) where you can learn to paddle board or surf. We just can't say enough good about this house and the location!"

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"My husband, adult daughter, and I visited Redington Shores the week of May 14, 2016. We arrived around dusk and got to see the most spectacular sunset ever from the beautiful condo. The condo is right on the beach, gulf-front, and has a relaxing but upscale feel to it. The unit was clean and well maintained, and every amenity we wanted was available to us, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, even soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent (for the in-unit washer and dryer), miscellaneous kitchen items, and coffee and filters. (Those things haven't always been available at other places I have rented.) There was plenty of comfortable seating for TV-watching on the big screen TV, which is important to me, and the king-size bed I slept in was very comfortable. There were games, books, and DVDs available, too. The wifi had a good signal and was easy to use. The beach seemed like a private beach, with few people on it, and the water was warm and clear. The heated pool provided quiet relaxation, too. It was nice to have a code entry system on the unit, so it wasn't necessary to have keys. This was one of my best beach rental experiences. Dealing with Jan to set up the arrangements was easy and informative--call her!"
