  • Old Florida with all the modern conveniences!

"We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at 3711 Corsair Court in New Port Richey, FL. The property could not have been better. Ample space to get outside and play. Situated at a beautiful intersection where three canals come together. There was a lovely private beach and beach club available in the area (just a few blocks away). Area is great for biking, kayaking, sunbathing, swimming in the ocean or in a great pool (very private). YOU'LL WANT TO BE SURE ALL CHILDREN ARE GOOD SWIMMERS AS THE POOL HAS A DEEP END AND IS LITERALLY TWO FEET FROM HOUSE WITH EIGHT OR TEN EASY ACCESS SLIDING GLASS DOORS! If one is not a swimmer, one could just relax on the expansive screened in porch or in the spa. The house is very spacious... it was as if it were 5 or 6 thousand feet... very open... great for family time. Great internet connection, tv, every possible amenity! Cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Everything you need is there. No need to pack heavy as there is a washer and a dryer.... just grab your tooth brush and a gym bag with a change of clothing.... you're good to go! It was one of the most relaxing times we've ever had. There is a little climb up nook (playhouse) for young ones.... The kids loved it! It was their secret hide-away.... their own private crow's nest! It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was like home away from home.... owners have done a wonderful job updating the property and tastefully decorating it. It was truly like traveling as someone's guest rather than being in a rental! Definitely the way to go... We will definitely be going back! A short drive to Weeki Wachee and Homosassa Springs to the north. Honey Moon Island is a short drive to the south. Tarpon Springs is a short drive southeast. All great tourist destinations! May want to add Joey's Italian to the list of restaurants. It is a must.... Careful- one entree will feed three people easy!!! Owners were awesome to work with providing a lot of additional information about the area and amenities. They were very prompt in responding to all inquiries and requests. They were very friendly as well as professional."

  • The house was beautiful, spacious, child friendly and fun, inside and out.

"My husband and I stayed here with our kids ages 1,4,9,11,13 and 15. It was a child friendly house with plenty of room for all of us. It was nicely decorated without having things around for kids to break. Most days we stayed home and enjoyed the heated pool, kayaks and fishing from the dock. The pool was very warm and had a large area that was less than a foot deep which was perfect for our 1 year old. There was also a fun fountain and pretty waterfall. We saw dolphins while out kayaking and all sorts of cool birds from the backyard. The kitchen and eating areas were great for eating in. One night we did enjoy a Greek restaurant in nearby Tarpon Springs. The owner responded immediately to our questions about gaining access to the home and how to turn on the wifi. It seemed as if he would be available to solve any issues, but we didn't need anything. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area."

  • Very spacious and nice.

"We had a wonderful time at the house. To our surprise, there was everything needed in the kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes. Also, plenty of linens in the closet. Even had towels to use by the pool. The washer and dryer were used daily. Sometimes, multiple times per day. We didn't come home with very many dirty clothes. Beautiful pool and it was totally enclosed, which is great for opening the doors and letting the breezes flow without worrying or being annoyed by bugs. Loved it!!!"

  • Great Week at Heaven's Way

"We had such a lovely stay at Heaven’s Way! We definitely agree with the other reviews -- Brenda the owner was very nice, helpful and able to answer any questions. The house was neatly decorated, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay from kitchen wares and bedding to kayaks and bikes. The kayaks were especially convenient for exploring the backyard waters and easily navigating the general vicinity. The house also has a brand new deck which was perfect for evenings after a day of exploring; we were even able to spot several dolphins from it! The location was perfect; private enough to be quiet and exclusive, yet convenient enough to allow us to get around to other areas nearby. We took trips to various state parks, Clear Water Beach, and Tarpon Springs Sponge Dock. We went fishing and caught a few fish (redfish, sea trouts, catfish, and black drum). We had an all-around great stay. We highly recommend this house if you’re planning a stay near New Port Richey, Florida!"
