  • Great Madiera Beachfront Condo- rate as 4.5 out of 5.0

"This condo is in a very nice complex with a high owner occupancy, making it more peaceful than most. The condo's deck has table and chairs, providing a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views, even at mealtime. It has a great heated pool, hot tub, covered parking, and secured by keyed gates and doors. The owners are very generous with free internet, plush towels, nice kitchen wares, etc., and beach towels, chairs, etc. The complex and the individual owner show great pride and a high level of maintenance of this condo and the facilities. The beach is fantastic and not very crowded immediately in front of the condo . The only negative that precluded 5 stars rather than what we would grade 4.5, is the street noise experience in the second bedroom. While in the living room and master bedroom the sound of the waves drown out most street noise, the second bedroom might require a white noise machine or earplugs for a peaceful night sleep."

  • Great condo and vacation

"We had never been to Madeira Beach so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We chose this area because it was near Tampa. This area is great for a quiet vacation. It is close to Tampa and St. Pete. The condo was nice. There was a little confusion about our arrival time but a call to the owner was all it took to get the room clean and ready for our first night. Johns Pass is directly across the street and the beach is just pass the parking garage. I never quite figured out the logic of the parking garage as far as how the spots were numbered, but was glad to have a reserved spot every day. My biggest complaint was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. When researching so many condo choices I neglected to check that out better. It would have been nice to have a change machine by the washer & dryer (just down the hall from the unit), but the office was always ready to make change for me. The condo was nice with 2 full baths, a nice kitchen and dining area as well as deck. Wish the couch made into a bed. Other than that - great unit."

  • A great place to unwind and enjoy the natural gifts that Homosassa has to offer. Just what we needed

"Awsome !! We have stayed here before and couldn't wait to get back. The open floor plan, the pool, the deck and being on the water make for a perfect vacation spot for us. Homosassa is so laid back that you can relax and leave the city behind. Fishing is good and a trip to the Springs will leave you refreshed and invigorated. Also, being right down the canal from the "Freezer" (local seafood restaurant) makes it easy to decide whats for dinner."
