  • Home away from home with an ocean bonus!

"Our stay at Orlando and Miriam's beachfront condo was wonderful! We enjoyed the morning sun and the perfect views of the sunsets each evening from the balcony and I loved that we could walk the white sandy beach for as long as we wanted in either direction. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and appliances and everything was fully stocked (kitchen equipment & staples, games, books, towels, even soaps and shampoo). It was like I was stepping into someone's home. Orlando was easy to reach by email or text, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Access to the beach was excellent and having a dedicated parking spot was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend this condo to friends and family."

  • Wow

"I wish I could keep this little place a secret but, it's obvious that it was discovered years before I had the chance. My husband and our two young daughters visited for the first time in May, 2016. As soon as we arrived, I was blown away with the unit and decor. It was adorable and oh so comfy. Best of all, the accessibility to stores, downtown Dunedin, bike trails, beaches and restaurants was devine. Having the use of the boat was the icing on the cake. We spent our days on the boat visiting all of the beautiful Beaches and islands. The dock was another favorite spot. We started every day with a cup of coffee on the dock and finished our day every evening on the dock watching the sunsets, viewing the array of sea life and talking to some locals, repeat visitors as well as Captain Alex and Janet. The last morning of our stay, my oldest daughter walked out onto the dock with me and cried because she didn't want to leave. Captain Alex and Janet are awesome and make you feel like you are part of the family. We cannot wait to return and hope to visit regularly from now on and for many years to come."

  • Beautiful Beach Getaway

"This place feels like home. It was clean and it provided a wonderful family environment that lets you have the WHOLE family, fur babies included. With a complete kitchen and laundry facility, you don't have to leave the condo and beach unless you choose. There is a beautiful beach view from part of the back balcony it is amazing. If you don't want to be surround by hundreds of people this is the perfect place. The beach had probably twenty families at any given time within a half-mile span. It was perfect!!!! Also, there are lots of things to do within a short drive as well. Good places to eat & drink, mini-golf, and surf shops. (Jimmy Iguana's **Go there at sunset**, the Palm Pavilion both at Clearwater Beach, along with Crabby Bills headed down towards Indian Rocks Beach) We rented stand up paddle boards and the whole family had fun. We had teenagers to our grandparents who are in their seventies, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was wonderful and the owner was extremely wonderful to work with from the time we booked through the entire stay!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!!"

  • Great Condo

"A very well kept and clean condo, with a great view of the intercostal. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and like others, we did see dolphins swimming. There is no ocean view. We wound up eating most of our meals cooked in the kitchen which saved a lot of money for our party of six. A nice large dining room table made our meals comfortable. The master bath was huge with a garden tub and walk in shower. The entire unit was roomy enough so we we weren't at each other's throats. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes., and the pier about 20. In between there are many restaurants, shops, and bars to stop into. Traffic is an issue, so driving may want to be kept at a minimum. The unit has a lot of nice extra's such as a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a small buggy to carry them in. The building is in good shape and well kept. The pool is small and can be crowded. Fortunately you can see the pool from the balcony. My son did a lot of fishing from the waterfront."
