  • Ideal Location

"Sue was extremely easy to work with and response time was very quick. Clearwater Beach is very "spring breaky", while Sand Key is 2 miles south across the bridge and very relaxing. This put us close enough to ride our bikes around Clearwater if we wanted to, but we didn't have to deal with all the crowds all the time. The pool/grill area was great and very well kept, and the PRIVATE beach was exceptional. Every unit in the building faces the ocean, so the views are spectacular. The property is gated with security guards on duty 24/7, and they even walk the ground. I felt so comfortable I would just leave our mountain bikes in the bed of my truck not even locked up. There is a convenience store and deli directly across the street, which we didn't think would matter a ton, but it turned out to be EXTREMELY CONVENIENT! I forgot a few things and throughout the week needed some other things and I just walked across the street. Did I mention the private beach you can just walk out to?? Most places in Clearwater have "close beach access" where you are within walking distance to a public beach, but you may have to walk a block or 2 or go across streets or deal with RIDICULOUS crowds. Here you can walk out of the building and be on the beach within a minute! May take you a couple minutes to walk all the way to the water because the beach is huge. Its great not having to deal with parking, and then lugging all your beach stuff down, etc etc. Just stumble down there and if you forget something or need to use the restroom, you can just go right back up to your room. Courtesy shower on the wooden walkway leading down there as well as the pool area if you wanna lounge at the pool after the beach. Pool and hot tub are lighted, so it made for a great night time lounging at the pool. We didn't go to any other beaches the entire time we were there. Saw tons of dolphins, and even a manatee came right up to the beach. Grills were great, as we grilled some fresh fish that we caught after a great day of fishing, and everything I needed to cook my own fish I got at the convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Awesome Condo, Great View, Great Beach, Great Location!

"Everything was just as it was noted and explained to us. Reservations and check in were flawless. The condo is great, up to date and has everything you may need. Great ocean view from the oceanfront balcony! Beach was not crowded and only .6 miles from John's Pass Boardwalk. It was an easy walk whether by street or beach. The only reason we did not give 5 Stars was the dish washer does not rinse dishes well so when getting dishes from the cabinet from previous tenants they still had soap residue on them. We rinsed ours twice then just started hand washing them. But that was very minor over all and our stay was fabulous and we would definitely rent this condo again and completely recommend it!"

  • 5 Star Rating

"We spent 3 months in the upstairs unit. The stay was absolutely glorious. The house was great, decorated in Florida colors, and was equipped with any necessity you would need. The bonus was the huge private deck with BBQ, hammock, and chairs! Shonn was quick to respond when we had a question. The beach is literally a half a block away and Treasure Island is a really cool place! .WOW! We loved this place! I would recommend."

  • Wonderful stay

"The property is spacious and beautiful. It is clean and orderly. Nice furniture and comfortable arrangement for a large or small group. The deck off the living room gives a great view of the river and the kayaks, boats, birds and other traffic on the water. We saw an eagle (or osprey) swoop down and catch a fish in the river in front of the house! Manatees go by regularly. The Kayak Shack is on the other side of the bridge if you want to rent a kayak for a couple of hours or schedule a float trip from the Weeki Wachee springs. There are many small local restaurants with wonderful food and reasonable prices. Eating out is affordable here. Would recommend this place to anyone."
