  • Wow

"I wish I could keep this little place a secret but, it's obvious that it was discovered years before I had the chance. My husband and our two young daughters visited for the first time in May, 2016. As soon as we arrived, I was blown away with the unit and decor. It was adorable and oh so comfy. Best of all, the accessibility to stores, downtown Dunedin, bike trails, beaches and restaurants was devine. Having the use of the boat was the icing on the cake. We spent our days on the boat visiting all of the beautiful Beaches and islands. The dock was another favorite spot. We started every day with a cup of coffee on the dock and finished our day every evening on the dock watching the sunsets, viewing the array of sea life and talking to some locals, repeat visitors as well as Captain Alex and Janet. The last morning of our stay, my oldest daughter walked out onto the dock with me and cried because she didn't want to leave. Captain Alex and Janet are awesome and make you feel like you are part of the family. We cannot wait to return and hope to visit regularly from now on and for many years to come."

  • Fantastic Stay in Condo Unit 112 with the Best Waterfront and Pool View in the Complex!

"Upon arrival we were ecstatic about the view. The unit had everything needed from towels, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, blender, toaster, paper towels, coffee filters, dish towel, dishwasher and even wine glasses with corkscrew. Everything we needed was already in condo Unit 112. The bed was comfortable with new linens. Internet was fast and secure. Cable TV was on both TVs in the living area and bedroom. Free local calls. My wife and I stayed five days for one of the best getaways ever. The largest Walmart ever built is about a mile away along with many restaurants such as IHOP, Steak and Shake, Outback and others. Publix, ALDI's, and WinnDixie Supermarkets are close to the unit. While the view from the balcony is great you can stay in this unit and see everything with the almost floor to glass ceiling. Unit 112 does allow some small dogs as we obtained approval for a Bichon. Unit 112 has a washer and dryer. We were very pleased with the cooperation and help of Gertrude who also emailed us information on local events such as a street fair. Unit 112 has keyless entry. The complex has pool, hot tub, free parking, fishing pier and provides gas grills for BBQ cooking. We will return and recommend this particular unit. Thanks to Gertrude who made this stay great!"

  • Excellent in every way!

"Located in Crystal Springs, Florida the house and it's accouterments were very well kept. The private fishing dock and boat lift was perfect for our boat and entertainment. The locals are very friendly and attentive and dining was great wherever we went. The owners are gracious and very helpful with guides dining and local attractions. We look forward to coming again next year."

  • Great family vacation!

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean and the layout was fantastic. I loved having two separate sitting areas and an open layout. My 8 year old son had a blast fishing from the dock. The pool was fantastic and it was so cool to be able to see the canal from the pool. The dock is fantastic and the outdoor furniture was just amazing. The owner was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this house. It has been beautifully remodeled. I have to admit the shower was my absolute favorite thing. The house in itself is a vacation. The sunsets from the dock or pool were phenomenal. Oh and make sure to go to Tarpon Springs. The sponge history is fascinating and Rusty Bellies is a must for waterfront dining!"
