  • The gulf front views are so beautiful! The penthouse was so nice too!

"This penthouse vacation rental, located directly on the beach, was just beautiful. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunsets. The open concept was laid out nicely, with 3 bedrooms, not to mention a huge master suite. Nice restaurants and good seafood. Close to the lovely town of Dunedin with lots of unique shops and St Petersburg was close too. We all had a great time!"

  • Absolute Peacefulness & Beauty!

"We were blessed to spend an entire month in serenity. Carrie & Jack supplied everything we needed from the fully equipped kitchen to sand toys for our six yr old son and everything in between. No need to overpack since you have your very own washer/dryer. C & J were so incredibly nice & always just a call away for any questions we had, they even left yummy cookies & sweet wine for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated after driving for two days! The pictures don't truly show how beautiful the views are, from waking in the morning seeing the Dolphins play in the ocean to gorgeous sunsets while eating dinner we barely wanted to leave the condo. We would set up the umbrella & comfy beach chairs (which even had a small cooler pocket) in the morning go for a swim and collect the most perfect shells then grab some lunch and return for another swim, nobody ever touched our belongings while we were gone. We felt very safe at all times. Clearwater beach is a few minutes away but we rarely went since it has been severely commercialized and overdeveloped it's much nicer to drive to Indian rocks and their beautiful Boardwalk & beach preserve which is only a 10 minute drive south on Gulf Blvd. Although we did make a few trips to eat at Frenchy's Rockaway Grill (not all Frenchy's are the same quality) which has the best Shecrab soup & most reasonably priced good food, which is hard to find in the touristy area. Don't hesitate to book since I'm sure everyone who stays at Serenity will be coming back, we sure will! I want to personally thank Carrie & Jack for helping make our family vacation so worry free and sharing their beautiful home. To all future renters please care for their home with all the love & respect it deserves so that we can return for many years to come."

  • Great Beachfront Studio!

"We spent the month of January 2017 in this lovely studio. Wow, what amazing views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! The studio was nicely furnished, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed walking to Maggie Mae’s for breakfast. John, the owner was great to work with and prompt to answer our questions. We definitely recommend this unit for a great relaxing get-a-way! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return again! Ed & Glenna"
