  • The gulf front views are so beautiful! The penthouse was so nice too!

"This penthouse vacation rental, located directly on the beach, was just beautiful. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunsets. The open concept was laid out nicely, with 3 bedrooms, not to mention a huge master suite. Nice restaurants and good seafood. Close to the lovely town of Dunedin with lots of unique shops and St Petersburg was close too. We all had a great time!"

  • Slice of Paradise -- Terrific Owner -- Lovely Unit

"My wife and I spent two wonderful months at Joe's fabulous condo. As others have noted, not even the vibrant photos on the listing do the view justice. From dolphins and osprey to manatees and pelicans, the Gulf's many natural wonders are right outside the balcony. The panorama is completely unobstructed and watching the sea change from turquoise blue to churning brown and green (and then back again) is just magnificent. Sunsets are unparalleled and we spent many a night grabbing a beach chair and bidding adieu to the day on the beach (though the views are just as great from the balcony). For travelers who have not been to this part of Florida, "Clearwater" is a bit of a catch-all term and it's easy to go from residential to very touristy in a hurry. Fortunately, Joe's place is on lovely Sand Key, the prettiest and quietest stretch of beach along the whole coast. For what it's worth, we decided to make Sand Key our home for the foreseeable future. If you want nightlife and people-watching at bustling beaches, you can find that scene just north over the causeway (within walking distance on a cooler day). But if you're like us and prefer peace and serenity for your escape, Joe's is absolutely the place to be. The condo itself is immaculately furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, has obviously received special attention and been the recipient of extensive updating. All of the furniture is in excellent condition and the master bed is very comfy. It has everything you could want. The internet connection is both stable and fast, and the entertainment unit is first-rate. The extra board games and DVD were also a welcome surprise. Lastly, dealing with Joe is a delight. He's a very honest, highly communicative fellow and makes everything a breeze. Though he doesn't live locally, his longtime housekeeper is a great resource and offers a full orientation upon arrival. She's very friendly and it was great to know there was someone nearby to call if anything went wrong (though nothing evert did). Thanks, Joe, for a wonderful stay! We hope to meet you in person during your next visit. :)"

  • "NEW OWNER ! Lovely Sand Key Beach Condominium Convenient Location"

"The new owner did a magnificent job updating his condo. Almost all the furniture is new, plus freshly painted and meticulously maintained .The best part is the patio with the million dollar view of the Gulf and as a bonus you walk out your back door and you are over looking the intercostal. Then you can not forget the heated pool and hot tub that is kept in excellent condition . I think the most important part is the owner can be easily contacted and immediately addresses any problems."

  • Stunning Views! Great Beach! Great Property Manager!

"I stayed here with my family for nearly two months. The place is a little dated, but the views and location still made it exceptional. The location is in a residential area away from all the commercial and party noise of Clearwater Beach so you get a nice peaceful experience and it is still close enough to Clearwater beach that when you want to tie one on, you are less than a mile away. The property managers are great, very flexible, accommodating, and always easy to reach. The pool is great and ample parking is available. We loved it here and hope to stay again in the future (maybe even buy). The only minor negative is that there is no personal laundry; each floor has a community coin laundry ($1 a load)."
