"My husband and I along with our 9 year old stayed on the third floor, Unit 304! It was FANTASTIC. With only three of us you can get lost in the place. It is tastefully decorated and the layout of the condo is great if you have a large group. The bedrooms are HUGE! Plenty of room. The condo exceeded our expectations. It's right on the beach - the view takes your breath away. We loved it for it's calmness. We could play in the water or sit on the beach, be in the pool without a million people around us. Yes, it is lower key there than what you would get 10 miles north or south of there. We played on the beach during the day, hit the pool (very clean and nice and heated appropriately) later in the afternoon and settled into our space with books, iPads or TV to end the busy, sun-filled day. Well, first we would enjoy the balcony and the amazing sunsets!!! You can enter the balcony from the master bedroom or the living room. A perfect balcony to just "view" and soak it all in. People all around us were very nice and respectful. It's not crazy there. People seem to be respectful of the more peacefulness there. Quiet time is 11:00 pm. We never heard any noise from other units. The walls must be pretty solid between units! Coffee shop and sub-shop and convenience store right across the street. Easy to get to Clearwater and St. Pete. Beach sand is nice and soft, the water is clear! Dolphins do visit frequently and my husband and daughter hand a great time on the fishing pier catching fish and catching a glimpse of whatever else may be zooming around. I could go on and on, but if you're looking for a more laid back place that is huge, I'd recommend it! So "beachy" and the management team is great. We rented a car from Tampa, but there would also be other transportation options, as it is only about 30 minute drive from the airport. Can't wait to return in a few months!
Room Tip: Rooms ending in 04 and 05 have the best views, though all units have a view. Unique construction."
