  • The Perfect Location!

"The condo was as depicted in the photos. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Lots of extra towels and linens. The pool area and grounds were beautifully maintained. Views are amazing and we spotted lots of dolphins. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Especially enjoyed being able to walk to The Boardwalk restaurant for happy hour and dinner. Island Grille was also one of our favourites nearby in Tierra Verde. The owner Linda is very accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend her condo."

  • Fabulous views over a beautiful beach

"The apartment has the most wonderful views from the sitting room and master bedroom. The terrace is great. The bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfy AND massive. The pool and seating areas are kept immaculately clean. The well maintained beach is gorgeous with soft sand and the sea is beautiful to swim in. The apartment is well situated for using the tram to John's Pass and beyond. There are supermarkets and bars/restaurants nearby. The ones opposite have a basic menu but are good value for money and have great staff. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful, particularly Jeff, who works so hard. It was easy to get around and we went out on a few trips eg dolphin watching, ten pin bowling, and to the cinema (love the reclining seats!). In the high heat and humidity of July it was difficult for us Brits to use the outside space as much as we would have liked (!)and the air conditioning was great in the living space but wasn't able to keep the bedrooms cool enough at night for comfort. The pool was coolest in the morning and quietest around 5pm. When the pool was busy it was rather full of lilos which wasn't always the best and you had to keep your wits about you if ball games were being played! There were some rather loud families staying at the same time as us who were taking their vacation very seriously beer wise but were fun to watch! The thunderstorms were dramatic and were great to watch from the terrace. A few minor improvements would make this place perfect: - better air con - more space in the kitchen for storing groceries as there was only one empty cupboard up high which was a challenge for anyone short (like me!) - a tin opener that works! - earlier pool opening as it doesn't open till 10 and we are early risers and love to swim in the cool of the morning, although we did swim in the sea at 8 am every day which was lovely - instructions on how all the equipment works eg cooker, dishwasher as it was unfamiliar to us, although we did work stuff out - some glass wine glasses rather than just plastic ones, we did try to find some to use and then donate but there were none at the Publixs we visited. But we had a relaxing week after the frantic activity of Orlando, thank you."

  • Gorgeous condo with amazing view!!! Best place we have ever stayed!

"This condo is everything we had hoped it would be! This unit was beautifully decorated, and the balcony had amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It was like a postcard ! These unbelievable views can be seen from everywhere inside the condo . We watched the sunset each evening from the privacy of the HUGE wrap around balcony ! When we arrived it was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay ..... Well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Owner was great to work with, check in was super easy. Can't wait to return !!!"

  • A piece of paradise

"My girlfriend and I discovered Pass A Grille on our last day of vacation in 2015 and we knew almost immediately that this would be an annual vacation spot for years to come. This place is truly a piece of paradise! The only bad part of Pass A Grille is the feeling you get when you have to leave!! The owners of this property are the definition of hospitable. The payments were easy and online. Convenience would be an under statement for this property location!! Directly across the road from the beach, next door to coffee and ice cream, and two restaurants within 30 seconds walking distance. The sunsets from the second deck patio are breath taking. This property is cozy and feels like a home away from home. Perfect romantic getaway or beach trip for a few friends. We loved the location and property so much so that we emailed the owners after a couple of days and got an extra night and extended our stay! Thank you so much to the owners!! Would HIGHLY recommend"
