  • Stunning and stress free!!!

"Nicest people we have ever rented from! Beautiful condo and exquisite location. Manager worked with us on our unexpected late arrival and flight changes. We hope to return!"

  • An overall very nice vacation spot

"We enjoyed our stay at this home and it met our expectations. It's and older Florida home, so it had its share of quirks, but the location and setting is great. Pros: Location on the canal and short paddle to the springs. Manatees were everywhere! Nice large lot. Lots of usable outdoor spaces with the pool, screen rooms, and yard. Kayaks available for use (canoe has a leak and unusable). Quiet neighborhood. Wifi, cable TV, games, laundry, well stocked kitchen. Cute town nearby. Cons: Older interior. Lacking in power outlets? Was clean, but still had a funky "old Florida" smell (not bad, but my wife still cleaned heavily once we got in). Had our personal kayak paddles stolen from the canal side yard."

  • Ideal location with great amenities.

"A quaint condo for the real beach lover out there and perfect romantic get-a-way or individual place to relax. If a broken tile or two on the balcony concerns you, perhaps you need more than 'beach therapy'. Easily one of the best, most secluded spots on the beach. Everything you'll ever need is easily accessible, including beautiful, relaxing sunsets and a 10-minute walks from all the prime spots on Treasure Island. We enjoyed fun, live music at Sea Hags Bar and Grill, local craft beer at Mastry's Brewing Co. and several trips to the popular John's Pass. There's a Publix within walking distance and your kitchen is very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The owner Diane is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!"

  • Spacious, well-equipped waterfront view condo

"We stayed in this clean, comfortable 2-bdrm condo for 18 days late September / early October to be close to a sick relative, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The waterfront views of the intercostal are splendid from the master as well as the entire living area (living room, dining room, kitchen), and the condo has everything you could possibly need (washer/dryer, wifi internet, cable, garage, grill, beach towels / toys / wagon, patio to sit by the waterfront, etc.). High ceilings give the condo a very spacious feel, and the being on the top floor makes for a quiet stay. The kitchen is one of the most well-equipped of any timeshare or VRBO place we've stayed over the past 10 years. Great split-bedroom floor plan makes this perfect for families. The furniture is comfortable and there is more closet and drawer space than you'd probably ever use. It's a very short walk across the street to the beach (although we didn't have time to go, we saw neighbors going over and back each day as we left for the hospital). We ate out a few times nearby; our favorite place for dinner was Guppy's, just north of the condo. Darryl and Isabel are excellent owners to work with; very responsive to anything you might need. We would love to stay here again when visiting this area. Many thanks to Darryl and Isabel for being such fabulous hosts!"
