  • Had A Wonderful Thanksgiving Here!

"Our son attends St. Leo U. & could not come home for Thanksgiving, so we decided to go to him. Finding this beautiful villa was the answer & the location was close to our son. Upon walking in the front door we knew we were going to have a great week, the house was perfect. I am a chef & found the kitchen fun to cook in & was glad that it was fully equipped with gadgets & plenty of pots & pans. We enjoyed the screened in back porch for coffee in the morning & wine in the evening, it over looked a water feature & the golf course. The master bath was absolutely beautiful & the villa was very clean. We will for sure be renting this villa again when we return to Dade City!! Thank you, Michael, you made our holiday a memorable one!"

  • Ideal for a family with two small children (4 and 21 mos.) on a family visit

"The unit was just as described: one story, ground floor, clean and spacious, and close to the pool. Our contact, Adrian, was very responsive when we texted to reset the alarm (not sure though why this was there), however when we needed assistance with the TV and DVD player in the master bedroom, he neither responded to texts nor showed up after he said he would in a phone call. Regardless, overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay there again or recommend to family and friends."

  • Amazing time

"My family and I just returned to Indian Shores for our 2nd time at the end of June. We all had such a great time, spending all day right on the beach (steps away from the condo). Although we never wanted to leave the water at the end of the day, it was always a pleasure to head up to the condo and still be "on the beach". While the family got ready for the evening, we hung out on the balcony admiring the view and patiently waiting for our front row seats to an amazing sunset each night. Once the sun went down, we grabbed food from the Salt Rock right across the street. The kids, my wife and I enjoyed this either to go or relaxed inside just about each evening (the kids still ask to have that for dinner now). Our mornings consisted of eating breakfast at the local coffee shop just steps out our front door (maui muffin is amazing). We grabbed coffee and a bite and enjoyed it once again on our front row seats, where we saw dolphin and a manatee each morning swim by. The condo itself was immaculate and offered everything to make us comfortable (from the furniture inside and outside, there wasn't a bad seat). We are already in discussion on dates to return next year to stay again. Lyle was great and quick to respond to my many questions. Thanks Lyle for making the trip sO relaxing."

  • Quiet, private unit in an ideal location with clean and spacious accommodations!

"We just spent a week in unit # 105 of Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach, FL, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our visit to the Tampa - St. Pete beachfront communities. The Seaview staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is located directly on Gulf Blvd in the heart of the relatively quiet, family-friendly community of Madeira Beach within walking distance of many amenities; including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In short, the unit's Madeira Beach location provides all of the beauty and attraction of the pristine, sugar sand Florida gulf beaches without the crowds and hectic nature of the more popular Clearwater Beach. The unit's first floor, corner location, as other's have pointed out, provides the unit with a uniquely spacious patio that is the envy of the building and affords an up close view of the beach which when combined with the Seaview complex's amenities to make this unit truly special. Its location near both the stairs and the elevator affords quick and easy access to the ground floor; including the office, the pool, private, reserved parking, and miles of beautiful beaches at your doorstep. While the unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked, the unit's rooms and bathroom fixtures could use a new coat of paint and the living room furniture, while abundant and functional, is somewhat dated and nearing the end of its useful life. The kitchen was updated, well stocked and perfect for eating in or entertaining. The laundry room was likewise very nice and quite handy. In short, while the unit is not necessarily as modern and freshly remodeled as some of its peers, it more than met our needs and is well worth your consideration. The unit is an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bath unit and could very easily accommodate a family with young or teen-aged children and while it exceeded our needs as a middle-aged couple without children, the extra room was very nice to have available. In closing, its location is ideal for those that value privacy, beachfront access, and quiet evenings away from the maddening crowds of Clearwater Beach. We recommend this unit and the entire Seaview Condominium complex wholeheartedly."
